There was a crazy scientist in the year of 2017 saying you can mix anything with anything and his name was Gorge.

In the late 2049 that man named Gorge who announced his creation to the public, it was a new element called Neopa. The time he tried making, it he travelled to Japan in order to get the proper machinerys due to the lack of intruments in his country.

Because in the of year 2020 Gorge discovered a substance while doing an expedition, and that substance can give large amounts of energy, he thought that it would be a revolutionary advancement to the world if he turned it into  energy because people won't be using the harmful to the environment power plants and it will improvet the technological advancements.

But sadly the substance was limited, and so he tried to make something similar by combining melted uraninum and some other elements. It took Gorge a total of 28 years to create the new energy and in those years he almost got his sanity broke because of the effects of the uranium but miraculously he's fine due to robotic parts.

Now in the year of 2183 people have super powers because of the incident back in 2049, there was an explosive outburst that happened from a Neopa power plant in somewhere in Japan, it is said that the energy of Neopa mixed with the other elements in the Mesoshepre and began to spread all over the world.

Because of the almost unlimited energy the Neopa, it only took 1 week to affect everyone around the world.

Everyone then started to show Super Human capabilities to the point where some people can lift a truck, there is also people with Magic like powers where when they use their abilty some part of their body will glow patterns resembling nerves and those glowing patterns has been called the Neoshinkei Neopa side effect.

Most of the population nowadays have either the Super Human capabilities or the Magic attribute.

Their powers will only come out after they experience pain due to the appearance of the Neoshinkei in the part of the body, some people had a near death experience and after that they received a unmatched power, some poeple claimed to even die and come back to life only to realize they got their power but that's just ridiculous.

It is stated that 1/4 of the population died because of the unbearable pain the Neoshinkei gave them.
