After arriving at the adventurer's guild, Kamuto went to get his payment by going to the payout reception, the way it works is Kamuto had to pour a single drop of blood on a unique appraisal book that was made specifically for confirming quest completion without any flaws in doing so.
After many asking later Kamuto finally got his payment and thanked the receptionist there, he went out to buy the ingredients he would only have the money for once in a few months, the ingredients were for a dish called "The Souper" that Kamuto created, he specifically went to a place called "spice n herbs"
The owner there was a kind old lady that Kamuto had made friends with, the spices there were of good quality and fermented in a suitable place, the herbs also were fresh everyday even when the sales were slow and low, it was the best place for herbs and spices for Kamuto since most of the other places didn't accept a "penniless kid"
"Welcome Kamuto, is our local chef planning to make something so everly delicious again?"
"Yep yep, I'm planning to make a souper again"
"Again? Haven't you said you were gonna save up for some higher class ingredients"
"Yesterday was my birthday remember?"
"Ah, I am so sorry I didn't wish you a happy birthday"
"Its ok, anyways are fermented grey peppers and fermented soul chilis in stock?"
"Ah yes, I do have those, do save me a portion" *chuckles*
"Yes yes, I will make sure not to gobble down the soup"
After the light conversation between the old lady and Kamuto the old lady stood up and opened up a drawer and started packaging 2 different packets of spices, the fermented grey peppers were exactly how the name described them, grey peppers were one of many different types of peppers and it was the 2nd to lowest in the spiciness of all the peppers, the soul chilis also looked normal, well if you considered a face filled with dread to be a normal shape for chilis, after packing the ingredients Kamuto took out 6 copper coins and went out after thanking the old lady.
Kamuto also went to the market to buy a vegetable called pastui, it was a round and hard vegetable that had a distinct savory flavor with a hint of sourness, it was easy to find and cheap to buy, so Kamuto had the bargain of 3 coppers for 10 pastui with various sizes.

After getting the necessary ingredients for his dish, he had a super idea, or what he calls a "souper" idea, he thought of a plan to make the most use of the chukeros that he had killed and brought back home, the plan was to dismantle all of the chukeros and lay their bones down, it went well and Kamuto went on to phase 2 of his "souper" plan, he chanted
And what was Kamuto going to do with the rest of the bones? he was gonna make chukero broth, with the spice coming from soul chilis, the acidity from the pastui, and last but not least the grey peppers, after combining all of these into a fine past, Kamuto went to get an almost broken pot to cook the stock in, and he also grabbed some salt he bought the month before too, he created a fire with
After all this and waiting for it to thicken up a little, it was finally ready, the dish he had made, a souper, after opening the lid all Kamuto could smell was a dish worthy of a king, he took out the bones and threw them away because he couldn't use them for minions nor food, after finding a bowl and a wooden spoon, Kamuto finally dug in, it was a taste he only had each few months, and it was for good reasons, the spice, the acidity, and the savory taste just went way too well, if Kamuto had eaten this just a little bit more than he did, he would have gotten addicted.
After finishing about 3 bowls of the souper soup, he closed the lid to save for the granny from the spice shop he visits, but after all the eating he finally remembered about the undead chukero standing there, just waiting for commands without even moving an inch.
And Kamuto thought "well maybe it is time for another quest" as he commanded the chukero skeleton to turn into a core he was surprised, the skeleton had vanished completely, only then had he realized that it was inside of him, the mana of the chukero was stored inside his own, it was like a drop of oil mixed into the sea, Kamuto could not use its mana for some reason or another but he was content, he could get as much undead minions as he wanted and still bring them around.
And so they went down from the tree to the guild, it was a little busier than usual because of the time. Kamuto went straight for the quest board though, it seemed that a lot of quests for F rankers were just chukero hunt quests or trivial things, he even saw a quest for finding someone's underwear "disgusting" thought Kamuto as he read the quests posted by most likely spoiled nobles trying to act cool and hire adventurers just to do chores, one quest caught Kamuto's eyes however, said quest was going to be hard for him, it was a chukero hunt quest but this pack had a leader, a rosterdo.
