Everything was happening as usual. Leo Smith, an ordinary man, was walking down the street, heading to his job at the local factory. He was lost in his thoughts, thinking about how he would spend the weekend. Suddenly, he heard the sound of a car engine, he looked up to see a car approaching him at high speed. He froze, not knowing what to do, before he could react, the car hit him. He felt the impact, felt the pain, felt his body being thrown through the air. And then, he felt nothing else.

POV: Leo

I woke up in a strange, dark and damp place. I didn't know where I was or how I got there. I tried to stand up, but my legs were weak and my body hurt. I sat up and rubbed my eyes, trying to understand what was happening.

Suddenly, a bright light shone in front of me and a voice spoke: "Welcome to your new world, player. Your name is Leo Smith and you have been reincarnated as a Necrodrago, the legendary creature capable of controlling the energy of the dead."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was a creature? How was this possible? I tried to remember something, anything, about my previous life, but I couldn't.

The voice continued: "You have a player system to help you survive and evolve in this world. Think of the word 'status' to see your abilities and resources."

I stood up, still a bit dizzy, then looked around looking for something that might reflect my appearance, the strangest thing was even being in a cave everything seemed clear, when I try to walk I notice that my hands are different, my feet, I end up noticing that I am not really human, I am more like a quadruped animal, after a while learning to walk from afar I find a transparent crystal, walking to the crystal I look and see the monster I have become.

I was a dragon? A powerful creature, but also scary and threatening. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, my black scales, my huge wings stretched behind me and my sharp claws seemed ready to attack. I couldn't believe that I had become this creature.

I remembered my life before, when I was human and lived among people. I had friends, family, a normal life. I felt safe and confident in my human abilities and appearance. But now, I didn't recognize myself anymore.

I felt betrayed by my own body, as if it had turned against me. I felt trapped in an endless nightmare, with no hope of changing what I had become. I didn't know how I was going to live with this monstrous vision.

Suddenly, I heard sirens sounding. My mind panicked and I didn't

know what was happening. Then, red messages started appearing in front of me, alerting me of some threat. I tried to understand what was happening, but my human mind was struggling to process all of this. I couldn't believe that I was a dragon now.

I heard a robotic voice sounding in my ears, saying "Host, your human emotions are affecting your adaptation to the new body. Please control yourself." I knew I needed to calm down, but it was hard when I didn't know what was happening. I tried to focus on breathing, but my heartbeats were racing and my feelings were out of control.

And then, the robotic voice sounded again: "As the host's heartbeats are too fast, I will fully deactivate the host's feelings." I felt an even greater panic, I didn't want to lose my humanity. But before I could argue, everything went black.

I was not sure what was happening, but I was feeling disconnected from my emotions and my human self. I was struggling to come to terms with my new form and the powers that came with it. I was unsure about my future and what it held for me as a Necrodrago, the dragon king.

I feel like I'm regaining my senses, but something in me seems to be missing. I am a dragon now, and my basic needs are becoming increasingly obvious. I see a pile of shiny crystals in the corner of the cave and think they might be worth something. I try to grab one, but I wonder where I will put them.

Suddenly, a voice echoes within my mind, "You can use the inventory system." I pause to ponder, what is this system? Is it related to computers? The voice speaks again, "The system was given to you to aid in your survival." I begin to grasp that this system is more than I ever could have imagined, as if it is now a part of me. I am uncertain of how this came to be, but I know I must learn to utilize this tool in order to survive and adjust to my new dragon form.

I begin to dig out the crystals with my claws, quickly cutting through the smaller ones. The larger ones take a bit more time, but after 5 minutes of digging, I have accumulated a pile of crystals. I think the word "inventory," and suddenly, all the crystals disappear.

I receive a notification: "Hidden mission complete: Dragon Digger. Who would have thought a dragon would know how to mine? Rewards: New skill: Mining. This skill allows the player to mine minerals more easily and increases speed."

I take in the information and store it for future use. I continue to explore the cavern, searching for an exit. Minutes pass as I walk through the cavern and, in the distance, I can see a light. Is it the sun? I wonder as I make my way towards the light.

As I advance, it gets hotter and the light blinds me until everything becomes white. My eyes slowly adjust to the new environment and I can see a green forest with giant trees. I realize that I am on a small hill and it would not be difficult to descend. I start my descent, studying my surroundings and searching for possible threats, and also I am very hungry.

After descending the hill, I can feel the green grass touching my paws, I should feel something beyond the grass now, but the system informs me: "The host's emotions have been temporarily removed as a precaution against another panic attack." This leaves me a little disappointed, but I understand the need to keep my emotions in check.

Comparing myself to the trees, I must be quite small, so I must currently be a baby of my race. "System, can you detail this for me?" I try to ignore my emotions at this moment and looking around, I realize that this forest is a closed forest. As I walk, I try to be as quiet and discreet as possible, focusing on listening and smelling for my prey. Minutes pass as I focus and I start to smell and hear better the sounds around me, from birds to frogs and crickets. All this is interrupted by a strong odor. Finally, I find my first prey.

I receive a notification: "New skill acquired: Tracking. With this skill, the user can track animals and objects with greater accuracy."

Mission received: "Locate and kill. Difficulty: Unknown. Reward: Unknown."

I follow the scent trail, and as I get closer, it becomes increasingly intense. Finally, among the trees and bushes, I see what appears to be a rabbit with horns. It has soft white fur, vibrant red eyes, and is eating fruits.

I try to approach it unnoticed, hiding my wings and moving carefully. I receive a notification: "New skill acquired: Stealth. With this skill, the user can move silently and camouflage themselves to escape their enemies."

I quietly approach the rabbit, using my stealth skill to camouflage myself among the trees and bushes. When I'm just a few meters away, I jump and attack with my sharp claws.

The rabbit gets scared and tries to defend itself with its horns, but my tracking skills allow me to predict its movements and easily dodge them. I continue to attack with my sharp claws, scratching and cutting its soft skin, making the rabbit weaker and more desperate.

I finally, the rabbit falls to the ground, injured and weak. I quickly devour it, feeling the warm and flavorful meat slide down my throat. I receive a notification: "Mission accomplished: Locate and kill. Difficulty: Unknown. Reward: Hunger satisfied." I am satisfied with my victory, shortly after notifications appear.

I continue to explore the forest, using my stealth skill to hide among the trees and bushes. As I walk, I notice the sunlight starting to fade and know that I need to find a safe place to spend the night.

I use my tracking ability to search for animals or other signs of life, but I find nothing but some birds and insects. Finally, I see a hidden cave behind a waterfall. I approach with caution, ready to use my combat skills if needed.

I enter the cave and begin exploring it, looking for food and a safe shelter. I find a pile of rocks that seem like a good place to rest and I decide to spend the night there. As I prepare to sleep, I receive a notification: "Mission completed: Find shelter. Difficulty: Unknown. Reward: Shelter." I close my eyes, satisfied to have survived a day as a dragon.
