As if on cue , Archie snaps his fingers in the middle of Elfreda and her book and pockets his earphones as he boards the bus , wishing the teachers sitting in the front row as if he wasn’t just breaking school policy a few seconds ago. Elfreda , with her eyes still glued to the book climbs into the bus right after him somehow maintaining the same pace as Archie and they both move to the back of the bus. I’m next as I wish the teachers as usual and move to my seat <4th from last> and keep my bag next to me and sit next to the window as I see the twins boarding and sitting down right behind the teachers in the front row and continue to giggle among themselves.
The bus is your regular old school bus with the air conditioning which is never turned on , around 10 rows split down the middle such that 2 kids can fit on either side of each row and the students all sitting according to their age with the oldest kids sitting at the backseat , which is the only seat which can seat 5 ;Yet throughout the bus ride only the two Final Year students whose name I still do not know get to sit on it..Archie and Elfreda are sitting in the second to last seat together as Archie is head banging along to the music playing in his earphones and Elfreda sitting on the windows side is still engrossed in her novel.
