Tegan Gwynevere Thorne is a 14 year-old African American girl living in Black Lullaby City or Old New York. Nations have become overrun with monsters and humans have become disheartened, to keep humanity from going extinct Diors were made the Peacekeepers of Society. Tegan and her fellow cadets get into shenanigans while trying to keep the citizens of Black Lullaby City safe. However, something sinister seems to be brewing in their already bleak day-to-day life.
