we start our story in the modern world, in a small, dim, and cluttered apartment, overlooking the final hours of a man named Noah.

I'm finally able to put down the last book of my current addiction, a series by the name of Soul Land. as i get up to stand and stretch i look over to my clock. [7:46 AM]

"Nice, got some time before my commute." I go to my tiny kitchen and pore myself a bowl of cereal, turning on the radio, I eat.

"Good morning, everyone! Heat wave season is finally over as we near spooky season, so maybe pull out that grill and invite the neighbors." 

i let the Station play in the background as i brush my teeth, always thought it was weird that people tell you to brush before eating. what's the point of brushing if you're just going to dirty them afterwords with food. i then spend the next ten minutes in the shower before scrambling to throw on my clothes and race to the bus stop.

Standing at the bus stop, I recognize some of the faces, i say my greetings and they say theirs. We wait for the bus is silence save for the traffic. That's when we hear it, the amber alert. then sirens coming our way. Quickly pulling out my phone i read the alert.

A robber had stolen a truck transporting Gas with police in hot pursuit. 

The sirens grow loud, someone next to me points towards something. it's the Truck and it's swerving out of control.

Somewhere else far far way, deep within the Star Dou Forest, a child no more than 13 is running for her life as a Pack of Ghost wolfs hunt her down.

"come on, leave me alone already! I'm sorry about that flower! I didn't mean to step on it!" 

Dammit Lian Lan! You really messed up this time! Why couldn't i just listen to the elder's warning and stay with the group!! stupid, stupid "STUPID!!" 

The ghost wolves feeling insulted re double their efforts to catch the Foolish human. 

Just as the beasts are about to catch Lan a light emanates from her; a body starts to form causing the wolves to halt cautious of the newcomer.

as the light dims a Firey haired Ape stood next to Lan, its arms crossed as if to protect itself from something.

I stood there waiting for the impact of the truck, except it didn't come. i slowly open my eyes to look around. The first thing I see are that my arms are now covered with bright orange fur, then I see the wolves. No wait are those, ugh what were they called again, uhm Ghost Wolves? 

Turning my attention to the person next to me i see a young girl, what's this connection i'm feeling. she's scared, i can feel her thoughts somehow. wait don't tell me i'm... 

suddenly one of the wolves rushes into attack, my new body acting on instinct intercepts the beast knocking it away with my fist. 

okay no time to think, danger first. "ROARRRRRRRR!!!!" i shout a challenge.
