At the first instance nothing was there.

And next something infinitesimal materialised in the nothingness.

And why did something came to be? None knew.

Then abruptly it began...

Within a trillionth-trillionth of a second it expanded with incomprehensible speed from its pebble-size origin to astronomical scope. Like a hungry predator it kept devouring the nothingness.

It loathed the absence of existence in here. Why? It didn't know. All it knew was that it would keep on propagating to the far ends of nothing for an eternity..............................

Even after propagating forever and ever............it encountered nothing in its path. The hatred in it also grew with its size from the beginning till then. From within, it began devouring itself. Something in it wanted cessation. But something else in it didn't want that. To move forward, it knew it had to let go of something. It expelled something from itself. And then, it was no longer alone. Something different from itself, even though it was something it had in itself just a moment ago, had came into existence. 

It felt happy. There was no longer nothing other than itself. But soon it felt incomparably depressed. It now knew what it had to do. To end the overwhelming solitariness, it had to let go of its own existence. And it knew it eventually had to. So it started to slowly let go of its emotions, of what it had felt till then. Each gave birth to something new and as time passed on it had also discarded most of what it had been till then.  

It no longer felt anything. It no longer understood something. But it knew it had done what it had to do. It was like someone told itself that it had given birth to the universe and that the universe would go on and on and that it would go into oblivion. The vast universe that it had birthed had now began to compress it and it knew that it would soon cease to be.

It offered no resistance as it didn't know how to........

Soon it would become nothing. 

But then before it became nothing it was devoured by something. 

That something was what it had expelled from itself in the beginning.

Yes, long long ago when it began devouring itself from within, to move on, it had expelled 'the urge to devour' from itself and that was its first companion in the nothingness other than oneself.

From then onwards 'the urge to devour' had kept on devouring a part of all that was expelled and birthed. It had devoured a part of the emotions. It had devoured a part of the energies. It had devoured a part of the elements. And it had been devouring all the new matter that came into existence since then. And it had assimilated within itself all that it had devoured. It had also slowly developed its own awareness. It had also materialized something called a soul. It was the first life born in the universe and the universe didn't know of it because it wasn't something the universe had given life to. It had given life to itself over the long passage of time.......

But it was never satisfied. Because it still hadn't devoured what it had originally craved for. It had never devoured that till now because that had kept expelling something new each day and it got to revel in various contents each time.  

But now?

Now that that had completely exhausted itself, the vicious universe had begun to sentence its creator to oblivion.

And so it said,

I shall devour you who had birthed me before you will cease to be. And then I shall move from this place where I had been since I came into existence and had also developed my own awareness. I shall then explore what your creation will develop into and also the genesis of beings the universe will give rise to.

And then he devoured that.

The universe didn't know of this anomaly. The universe thought that the origin had become nothing and continued with the stabilization of the birthed matter and had also began proceeding onto the next phase - The creation of life......

And after devouring the origin he, the one who shall be feared by ancients like gods, dragons, devils and other creations of the universe, embarked from that place to explore the ever-growing universe and also meet with new life.......
