Chapter 13 – Party part 2

Chapter 13 – Party part 2

I sit in an apartment very similar to my sister’s apartment only this one is filled with, at this point, very drunk people. I count myself in that number. When Milly asked to sit with me, I assumed she meant next to me but now she claimed a spot in my lap. She moves a lot and her hands have found their way inside my skirt.

“Mmhh” Milly moan while her tongue is dancing in my mouth. I’m not sure what’s going on or how this happened.

Where is Emma? Last I saw her she was with that Daniel in the kitchen.

“Hey, Milly. Where is Emma?” I broke of our kiss long enough to get some air and ask a question.

“Doesn’t matter right now.” She nibbles at my lip and push me further back on the couch so she sits on top of me.

I can’t think clearly right now. This is pretty nice but it’s Milly. The pain in the ass classmate of my sister who may or may not have a thing for Emma.

I come to a sudden decision to decisively lift Milly away from me and stand up. My legs are a bit shaky but nothing too bad. I walk away.

When I come to the kitchen, I see Emma and Daniel engaged in some serious touching action but nothing more.

“Alicia, are you all right?” Emma pauses what she is doing.

“Yes, but Milly seem pretty strange today.” If strange mean she acts completely different from how I know her then it certainly is strange.

Emma is out of breath and panting slightly. “Oh, strange huh.” “I’m sorry I disappeared on you Alicia, I became, ehm occupied.” Yes, I can see that.

“It’s okay, continue with your.. Activities.” I don’t want to interfere with her fun.

I move to the balcony for some fresh air, a couple people are already out here.

“No, I’m telling you that’s impossible” A man waves his arm about.

The author's narrative has been misappropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon.

A woman matches his erratic gestures. “He told me himself, he is from Ireland so he doesn’t have an HHI index.”

“How did he enter Sweden without an HHI index? It’s absurd, no one without the app would be allowed anywhere close to the European Union.”

“I know! That’s why it’s so fascinating. He said he came by ship, avoiding all official points of entry.”

His face grew hard with an edge too it. “I hope you reported him.”

“I couldn’t! What would happen to him? He said he was only here to get medicine.”

Am I being rude for listening in like this? No, it’s their fault for talking like this in public. I grab hold of the edge of the balcony and looks out towards the school.

They seem suddenly aware of my presence.

“Hey, I don’t think I recognize you.” The man says.

“No, you probably don’t. I’m Emmas sister.”

“Ohh, it’s nice to meet you Alicia.” The woman says and shake my hand. “Your sister is great, she saved me in advanced mathematics last year.”

“Yes miss green tends to do that.”

They both starts to laugh. “Miss green?” The man says. “Then perhaps I’m a mr green.”

Ugh, that’s my thing and you’ll ruin it if you use it on yourself.

A teary eyes Milly shows up and look at me with a miserable expression.

“Why’d you just leave me like that?” God, she is so clingy now. I should make a note of never drinking with her again.

“No kissing.” I declare.

Milly nods emphatically and smiles. She immediately moves in behind me to envelop me in her arms. Her hands resting more modestly on my stomach. This little display trigger what I believe is the couple I spoke to. The woman sits in the man’s lap and begin their own little match of tongue wrestling.

Milly’s head rest on my shoulder. Her proximity makes whispering easy enough.

“You like Emma, don’t you?” I’m pretty sure but would be nice with a confirmation.

“Yes.” Her reply sounds miserable.

“Just tell her.”

“I can’t, she’s too Emma. I don’t stand a chance so I’d rather protect our friendship.” Aha that explains her weirdness today, seeing Emma with someone mess her up. So, what am I in this situation, a cheap substitute? Not the most flattering thing to be but better than gum on Emmas boots.

“Fine, you can kiss me.” Okey I’m more drunk than I thought. Am I perhaps even disconnect drunk?

Milly waste no time in turning me around. Both her hands on my cheeks she kisses me deeply. She must do this often enough cuz she is pretty good at it. I eventually end up against the wall, my skirt is all ruffled and Milly’s hands are everywhere and nowhere.

Milly suddenly stops. “I’m sorry Alicia.” Even drunk Milly have some self-awareness, it appears.

“I know. I still think you should tell Emma eventually.” Milly just nods with a vacant look in her eyes so I grab her hand and lead her inside the party again. We take a seat on the couch and just kind of sit there until it’s time to leave.
