My Own Flavor of Life
Single Ramblings

Single Ramblings

15yrs.

Like how each and every snowflake has its own pattern, every aspect, every detail of nature -even how we view life is ever-changing, and it will never repeat like our world’s history of constant wars born of jealousy and hate from past crimes that eventually form endless circles of hostility. Even how each individual person that ever existed on earth views the world in their own unique way.

I will never fully comprehend how he sees the world but with the brains we’ve been bestowed by our parents we imagine frequently and try to empathize. I’ll never know if my short-lived experiences with him were similar or if we even had the same state of mind. I can only hope they were and move on. Just how a color-blind person will never realize their handicap until someone who was blessed with sight comes along and points it out. But here’s one problem. Even if two individuals were to see the same world inverted from each other, they would never know the difference. One would learn from the get-go that red was green and the other green as red, so until the government figures out how to record your experiences through your eyes, no one will be the wiser. You’ll never truly know if someone close is really on the same page as you even if they’re experiencing what you are at the very same place with the very same haste.

Going on tangents like these… I had these thoughts and views of my world come and go when I was younger. My world has since then grown and expanded. Reading past projects of proved difficult. So as a pro procrastinator, I thought I’d edit it later. It pleases me to say that we are forever growing; should keep that mindset and never forget of where you started but continue moving forward as time waits for no one.

This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.

Social media. Two words: time-consuming. Now these days, you won’t find anyone who doesn’t have an account or at least a phone. Even the most self conscious and controlled people find themselves losing track of time to the vast space: internet. It really does have all things interesting. What’s worse, it’s become a necessity to keep in touch these days. Also on a side note, the amount of access that’s given to yet to mature irresponsible children is, simply put, depressing.

The gun was made to accomplish many things (many of which I don’t know): kill, protect, a little bit of both… but with the sudden appearance of an invention like that put a staggering halt to the growth of some individuals as they were handed a gun to go to war for a country they only started living in for less than two decades. Yet to have become a fully mature adult, temptations lead to one thing to another until you’re hooked. You can’t stop shooting so you’ve become an outcast after the war has ended because you could no longer fit in with your society’s usual function making way for more hate that invites even more ignorance.

We are no longer just apes with opposable thumbs; our thought process was more intricate in the first place and purposeful. Instead of settling with our three basic needs, we strove to make life easier with new appliances. The fricken light bulb was invented so we could see even after the sun went down for safety and other reasons that came to be when the computer and other technology came along until we arrived at this day in age of this society.
