I quickly went back to the real world, 2 hours have passed since I was transported into this novel world. Ah. I thought of calling this fake world and fantasy world but that would only get me confused later on, I've already decided to accept things as my own here that's why I'll keep calling this the 'real world' but I digress.
It's currently 11 am, thanks to my [Language Comprehension] skill I can finally speak and read Japanese. Lost child I am no more!
It seems I'm a bit earlier than the original start of the novel, as the school year still continues for another week. It is currently Friday so at least I still have the weekend. I'm pretty much thinking about not visiting this school anymore at this point though. To me, it doesn't really matter if I miss the last days as I have the unlimited wisdom of a novel reader! Sometime during the vacation, the daughter of the chairman of 'Kanzen High' will be a damsel in distress. That's my ticket into the best school. The novel was very vague about when and where it happens, it just said convenience store. Considering the situation, it can only be the nearest convenience store. The character also wasn't overpowered at that time so it has to be at the beginning of the vacation. I'll just go there every day of my vacation if I have to!
For now, I'll go back to the other world, I've settled my business here for now. I have to use my time as efficiently as possible so I can slack later on!
The sage left a bunch of overpowered items in his house. [Heavenly Garment], [Heavenly Sword], [Heavenly Spear], ... I will just call them all the 'Heavenly set'. I change into the Heavenly clothing first. According to appraisal, none of the items from the heavenly set can get dirty, get destroyed, or be lost. The clothing pieces have temperature control and the weapons have immense damage output. Sadly, there is no armor but that's fine for now. I wouldn't be able to carry it anyways with my meager strength...
The house of the sage is pretty large for a single person, it also has a nice garden and a beautiful grass field. All of it is protected by some kind of magic barrier that keeps monsters and other dangers away. That's why I will train my skills outside, hopefully some stray monsters come so I can easily kill them from inside the barrier.
The Forest around the house is called the 'Black Devil Forest' and is one the worst danger zones in this world, lucky I have the power of the sage on my side so I have no worries!
I start training all the weapon skills to level 1 so they can fuse into [Martial Arts Mastery] like in the story.

"Hah Hah"
I don't think I've ever been this out of breath, this body really is the weakest...
I had to take a few breaks in between but I finally acquired the [Martial Arts Mastery] skill combining all my weapon skills. I meditated in between and somehow also received the [Meditation] skill, I'm not sure what it’s for since it didn't appear in the original story but the more skills the better! While I'm at it I can start cooking and get that skill too.
[Meditation]: Helps you get into a meditative state. This could help with various skills.
My appraisal somehow doesn't seem as objective and informative as the original one... For now, let’s keep ignoring the slight differences, I walk towards the garden and look at my wonderful ingredients waiting to be cooked.
[Magic Onion]: Quick growth. Leaves seeds. Raises Magic when eaten.
[Strength Tomato]: Quick growth. Leaves seeds. Raises Strength when eaten.
[Defense Potato]: Quick growth. Leaves seeds. Raises Defense when eaten.
[Agility Carrot]: Quick growth. Leaves seeds. Raises Agility when eaten.
[Intelligence Cucumber]: Quick growth. Leaves seeds. Raises Intelligence when eaten.
There are also [Recovery Herbs] that heal you when eaten. With these, it won’t be a problem to make some delicious dishes, according to the novel I should be able to feed quite a few people with no problem with their abnormal growth rate. Well for now I live here alone anyway.

Somehow not a single monster showed up all this time, so I just kept learning new skills and leveling what I already learned. Ah, actually it’s not skill levels, for some reason every skill has a proficiency these seem to be more detailed than skill levels. According to the novel, skills should have a level between 1 and 10 but that doesn't seem to be the case for me. I'm not sure what level of proficiency equals to a certain skill level as described in the novel, for now, I'll assume that level 1 = 10 Proficiency; level 10 = 100 Proficiency. I don't really have enough data to come to a conclusion though, considering all my skills have a proficiency lower than 10 right now.
If you come across this story on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it.
"GRRAUUHHH!"
"Hm?"
My meditation is interrupted by a roar, after staying here the whole day finally a monster showed up!
[Flame Boar]
Level: 300
I don't really care about its stats so let’s ignore those. A level 300 monster, just like in the novel, although a different kind.
The Flame Boar stares at me menacingly, thanks to the barrier it can't reach or attack me though. I take the Heavenly Spear out of my Item Box and position myself relatively near the Flame Boar. With my current strength, I won't be able to throw the spear very far.
Um, I stand about 2 meters (6ft) away from the boar, honestly, it's quite menacing. But if I didn't have this barrier around the house, I wouldn't get a chance like this to get used to the fantasy world monsters, if I get scared during an actual fight it wouldn't end well. There is even some fire around the boar, truly fantasy...
I ready my spear and throw my spear pathetically towards the boar that's trying to break through the barrier. And although the heavenly weapons have immense attacking power... with my weak throw I couldn't lethally damage the boar. At my will, the spear returns to my hands due to its "cannot be lost"-attribute. And I repeat my throw at the angry but confused boar. It still is alive, and now it noticed that it's better to run away.
"Shit!"
As it turns around to sprint away, I run forward, now barely out of the barrier the boar started its sprint. I use the full (weak) momentum of my run and put all my (little) remaining strength into my throw!
Thud!
The boar finally falls, but it seems it’s still alive. Yep, being outside the barrier is scary...
Speaking of scary I too must look pretty scary in the eyes of the boar. I'm wearing the completely white Heavenly Clothing set and have a slightly transparent white ceremonial-looking spear in my hand. It must have sensed that I am a weakling, yet it couldn't touch me at all. Quite the unlucky day for the boar if I say so myself.
While contemplating about my stylish looks I finish off the boar with the spear. Hmm, it seems at least around the barrier I have enough mental fortitude to have the leeway and think about silly things like how I look.
[You leveled up]
A wonderful message appears before me. But first, let’s collect my well-deserved drops and return back inside the barrier.
[Monster Core Rank B]: B Rank Monster Core, has many uses.
[Flame Boar Tusk]: Monster Material. Fire attribute.
[Flame Boar Skin]: Monster Material. Fire attribute.
Somehow the descriptions are lackluster compared to what I read in the novel, maybe it's due to my low proficiency in the appraisal skill?

The experience rating seems a bit off from the novel, didn't the main character have a bunch of even numbers in his status? Ugh what an unfair life... No, let’s not complain I still have enough cheats, I shouldn't get too greedy.
It seems that at least all my stats grow equally, including luck. For now, I put all my BP in my luck stat. This should help me the most in moving forward in my grinding lifestyle.
Luck: 9132
Ah right, I also found [Luck Herbs] among the recovery herbs in the garden. Thanks to them my food is truly equal to all my stats!

After the 'fight' against the Flame Boar yesterday I went to sleep as it was already pretty late. As expected, my body changed overnight and I had huge pains after waking up. But it wasn't as drastic as described in the novel, I didn't suddenly turn into a supermodel overnight, maybe my body just can't adjust as fast? I would say this is about 5-10% of the expected changes on my body, but I already feel a lot less awkward moving my body.
The Door to the other world lets me exchange the dropped items for real-world money. Selling all the drops I received 2 million yen. With this, I went to a nearby mall and bought some clothes that I could hopefully change into once my body transformation is complete. The Heavenly clothes always fit my body perfectly no matter what, but I wouldn't really want to go outside in them. I also bought some essentials like a PC and a smartphone. Additionally, I bought food supplies, I couldn't just eat what's growing in the garden, while I want to integrate those ingredients in all my dishes, I still want some change in my food. carrying everything was no problem thanks to my Item Box, I just had to make sure no one notices.
Like this I started my training I would continue until the start of the vacation.
