It has only been 2 days since the caravan with the adventurers discovered my dungeon and there is already bad new! This macho man is now in front of my dungeon with the poor, frail looking wizard slung over his shoulders with his eyes swimming around. I mean the poor kid kept getting slammed against this macho man’s back the whole way up here by the looks of how he carried him. But right now I don’t have time to worry about this kid’s condition. I am a dungeon core I must stay firm and not experience emotions.
The issue right now is the musclehead trying to solve the Rubik’s Cube. Although I have no idea how strong he is, if his muscle is anything to go by he must be exceptionally powerful. When I appraised the kid who is now puking outside my dungeon this is what I got.
Human lvl 21
Main Class: Wizard Apprentice
Human lvl ?
Main Class: Blood Barbarian
There is a huge difference in how epic their class names sound. ‘Wizard Apprentice’ and ‘Blood Barbarian’ are like on a whole other league. One is a kid is going to a school for wizards with his pet owl while one is fighting on the battlefields cleaving people in half left and right with no fear of death. From the classes I have seen so far I have no reason to not believe he is the strongest human I have seen. So far I have seen ‘Merchant’, ‘Wizard Apprentice’, the man riding the caravan who I forgot to appraise, the well built adventurer who I forgot to appraise, and ‘Blood Barbarian’. It is understood that this guy is on a whole other level. And this is what I got when I appraised macho man!
So for that reason he it is a good thing he is a musclehead. Because I won’t be able to stop him if he gets past the Rubik’s Cube. Or at least I don’t think I can. Actually wait a minute. Why don’t I just appraise these classes? I do it all the time with my titles and with the dungeon menu so why shouldn’t it work on these guys?
'Appraisal!'
Wizard Apprentice
The first class in the wizard path known for their devastating large spells.
Requirements:
Must be able to cast a spell.
Blood Barbarian
A ruthless barbarian that gains temporary stat bonuses for each kill they get in battle.
Requirements:
Must be at least level 100.
Must kill over 1000 foes in one battle.
Oh, it actually worked. I honestly wasn’t expecting that. Now let me read what these guys classes are like. Ok, so ‘Wizard Apprentice’ is a basic class that someone can learn just by casting magic. My scouter says this guy's power level is only 10. Now let me check out ‘Blood Barbarian’. It’s over 9000! What? There is no way that can be right!
A minimum level of 100 in the class and having slain 1000 foes in one battle are the requirements for his class? That is like way more power leveling than I have done! I didn’t spawn in a starting village at all! This is endgame content right here! I can’t even see his level it is to high!
I want a refund! This is a bad game!
What is with this crazy difficulty level?
At least I have my trusty 5x5 Rubik’s Cube to keep me safe. I need to stop marveling at this guy’s stat screen and actually check how he is doing in the dungeon.
Tihihihi. Hahahah! AHAAAHAAAHAAA!
Yay, I did a 3 part laugh! Now I can cross that off my bucket list. This little idiot is rage quitting. I bet if he had a keyboard right now he would throw it across the room. Look now he is punching the Rubik’s Cube! To bad, everything in this dungeon says it is sturdy when I appraise it. Nothing you can do with your muscles macho man!

“AGHHHHHH!”
Slam! The muscle man give the sturdy door a piece of his mind! No cheating my dungeon, this door is sturdy there is nothing you can do about it!
Hmh? He is leaving. No wait don’t go you haven’t been here long enough for me to get the tasty Dp! Speaking of Dp, kid stop passing out, wake up, and get inside my dungeon already.
What is this? The muscle man is turning around. He is trying to run into the Rubik’s Cube?
Dummy that isn’t how this puzzle works.
Oh, he just ran past the Rubik’s Cube. The muscle man is putting his elbow in front of him and sprinting as fast as he can into the door. With a mighty lead right in front of the door with his full weight behind it he attempts to break down the door!
To bad it is sturdy. Your just a muscle man what can you do?
Oh, wow! He actually made the door shake when he hit it. I guess a sturdy door can only take you so far in life. Uh oh. Muscle man is going for try two now but this time with his massive sword!
The muscle man pulls the sword that is almost as big as the kid behind him out of its sheath and prepares for another running start.
I’m sorry I called you a muscle head! Put the sword down we can talk this out! A sturdy door can only take so much this is abuse!
Huh?
The sword just kinda bounce off my door there. I know it is a sturdy door but it is made out of wood. Shouldn’t it be in pieces by now? Is the wood in this dungeon made out of the world tree or something? This door is too strong! Don’t come back until your power level is at least 10,000 normie. You can’t even break down a door. So much for ‘Blood Barbarian’!
A human has entered your dungeon or been in it for a day.
+3 Dp
Ooh there it is the sweet sweet Dp. It looks you have overstayed your welcome now muscle man you can leave. I wonder why I got 3 Dp though. The level 7 merchant only gave me 1 for being in my dungeon. I know that this muscle man is at least level 100 so maybe it scales off of level? If that is the case, wouldn’t this guy be over level 300? I was just joking around when I said this guy’s power level was over 9000 but I actually wish I could see this guy’s stats now.
Oh he left.
At least he got to punch the wall on his way out. The poor kid is being carried back to the village again though. If he is going to die please bring his corpse to the dungeon so I can give him a proper burial. I might even be able to make a skeleton monster one day and I can name it after him you know. Honestly though this muscle man didn’t even take the caravan with him when he left. Now to spend my Dp.
‘Status!’
Dungeon Core lvl 4
Name: Core #293
Stats: Mp: 11/20 Dp: 3 Mp Regeneration: 4 Mp/day Durability 49/50 Skills: Appraisal lvl 2 Dungeon Menu Dungeon Sense Titles: Reincarnated Leader Enemy of the Human
Fungus Dungeon
Mhm so I need to spend one mana to get me back down to 10 so I don’t waste anything. The chip in my perfect sphere shaped body has been bothering me lately though. Now seems like a good time to fix it.
‘Dungeon Menu!’
Add Room Evolve Creatures Expand Room Purchase Item Research Summon Creatures Trap Menu
I focus on the ‘Research’ option and a new blue screen shows up in front of me.
5th Room 20 Mp Learn Skill New weapons New creatures New evolutions Repair Core 1 Mp
I select the ‘Repair Core’ option and 1 Mp drains out of my body.
A bright glow appears on the edge of my core where the chip used to be and a new perfectly white piece of stone takes its place. I now spend 2 of my Dp to max out and focus on the ‘5th Room’ option draining me of every last drop of Mp. I use the one other Dp I got from muscle man’s stay to purchase the 5th room. The question is, where to put it?
I think every good dungeon needs an optional boss that is out of the way so now seems like as good of a time as ever to make one. I make this room come out of the room just before my core room so this way you get to choose if you want to kill the dungeon now or fight one last boss and gain some levels. Now that I think of it people would only ever fight the optional boss in a video game. This is real like who is enough off a battle maniac to actually fight an optional boss?
Ugh this is so frustrating. I want to float into the wall again but if I did that I would look like an idiot who never learns. Actually my parents told me I never learned a lot but I though they just held to high expectations for me. Could it be I’m actually an idiot? No no, that can’t be the case. These people can’t even solve a 5x5 Rubik’s Cube so clearly I am the cream of the crop when it comes to intelligence. Then again it did take me 3 months to solve it one time. But I persevered so my level headed abilities make me better than muscle man at least. My mind is even calmer now that I am a dungeon core so I bet I could keep trying to solve it for a year now and not give up. Actually now that I think of it, aren’t I the idiot for not giving up?
