I blinked and looked around. I was surrounded by a light blue space and nothing else. No walls. No doors. No tables... my thoughts stopped. There was now walls. And doors. In front of me there was not a table. Very reminiscent of my college professors desk. The more I looked at it, the more it seemed to become that. Was I in my college professors office? As I looked around the light blue faded and I found that yes. I was in his office. Why was I here if he... he was sitting across from me. Waiting. Why was I here? I had graduated... I HAD graduated right?
“Sit. Let us discuss your future.”
I slowly sank into a chair that felt more like my grandfather’s armchair then anything. And when I glanced down, it was his armchair. That was fine. Normal even. I turned to my professor again.
“What is your wish?” he asked. His voice monotone.
“I wish... to grow more talented.”
“Very well, I’ve been looking through your scores and I have found a couple different paths you could take. Have a look.” He pushed three papers across his desk and I sat up and looked at them.
The first paper had a video of me. In it I painted a rabbit and it jumped from the art into my arms, I then turned and threw the rabbit at a monster. A moment later the rabbit tore the monster to pieces. The word “Art” was scrawled along the bottom.
The second had a video of with a sniper rifle pointed at a monster. I yelled “SLICE” the word manifested in the air around me and absorbed into the gun before shooting toward the monster. Instead of piercing, it slashed through it. This one had the word “Creativity”

The third I stood as a monster charged toward me. But as soon as it touched my skin, the monster began to melt and I casually began flicking the remains off of myself. I glanced and found the word “Unaffected”
I looked up for a moment at the professor. He stared at my blankely no emotion whatsoever. Slightly unnerved I turned back down to the three. I pushed the third away. That my professor thought that unaffected was a talent of mine was... disheartening. The other two. Art and Creativity went hand in hand. But... I reached for the second card. Creativity covered a wider spectrum. As I lifted the card, the world around me faded and I found myself in the blue space again. My professor was gone and I was sitting on nothing but air. I hastily stood and as I did the card disappeared from my hand and a blue screen appeared in front of me.

Then
Would you like to Aquire?
Yes No
Cautiously I pressed "Yes." I felt something in my hand and I grabbed onto it. The screens vanished, then the ground beneath me disappeared and I was falling. I didn’t fall far and when I looked up I found myself in a dark jungle. I stood quick and glanced down to see the sniper rifle from the card in my hand. It was very light. It was hard to tell in the lighting but it looked like it had some sort of patterns pressed into the gray sides. But then I heard a branch break and looked up to see the monster from the card break from the tree line. Another blue screen appeared. I read it.
Then I turned and ran.
