Prologue - He was human
Emperor Zeddriac, the villain of the century, had died.
On this bright summer day, the scorching sun irradiated his heat while mighty clouds poured their heavy rain down onto the earth. In order to prevent the panic among the millions of inhabitants, thousands of military vehicles and armed men blocked the intersections of the streets; so heavily that not even a single rat could pass through.
The frightened inhabitants were restrained after attempting to escape from the robust formation of the mighty soldiers. A large number of them had swollen limbs, as if a wild beast had bitten off a large chunk of their meat and clothes. Even luckiest had been stripped of a part of their clothes.
Before such a sight, the thousands of soldiers protecting the streets felt hopeless. Their supreme commander had died, and the innocent people they were supposed to protect were turning into rabid enemies.
It had been months since the “TY57 virus” had begun to spread across the world, and the situation was out of control. All the nations, except the “Dark Sun Empire”, had succumbed to this disease.

The Emperor, upon seeing his Empire on the brink of destruction, decided to return from his retirement and lead his legendary army against the mad horde of infected. Yet, his efforts to combat this deadly threat were wasted because he had died in the midst of the battlefield.
The mighty commander, who had deceived, plundered, massacred, robbed, and invaded countless of nations, had fallen before the bloodied claws of a red soaked giant. Nothing of him was left for his family to celebrate his life, and the world gasped as its last pillar fell into the nothingness.
It was then that world snapped. The evil being they had seen as the enemy all their life was gone, and it was then that the world came to understand the truth.
He was just another human, and they were all doomed.
