"Ali leaned towards the counter to pick up his phone laying on the table," I have been pondering about this the entire night just this little thing gave me insomnia, I have played with enough girls so she wouldn't be a difficult bet to win, He thought." 

"Hello! Am I speaking to Fatou? He inquired.

Yes, and who are you, please? She questioned back."

"Well! This is Ali, we lived in the same area in Bandung, I have noticed you going to and from work for a while now. I have not been able to get you out of my mind, since the first time I set my eyes on you, I have been  having sleepless nights thinking of you."

"Okay, we can meet at Valour restaurant at 8 pm, she answered and hung up."

"Yes, yes, I knew it, it won't be that hard like any other girl I had before. He snickered and stood up to attend to the customer that entered the shop.

"Hey! Ali, what's new? A girl about 20 years old said, clutching his arms with her running all over him."

"Nothing, just missing you so much, I haven't seen you in a while now, he said caressing her cheek and making her sit on his lap."

"I want to buy til,' I am going to a prom night so I want something shiny and enchanting, she said giggling."

 As she is on the morning shift so she got off work by 6 pm. So she will have to hurry home to dress up and take permission from her parents because she is not married yet so she is still staying with them. As she is from a family with a very strict upbringing and has to follow every teaching of her religion.

By 8 pm Fatou reach her destination and was entering the restaurant when she entered the attending girl's name is Aisha Fatou's friend lead her to her table while teasing her.

When she reached their dinner she saw who got up from his seat to do the courtesy of a gentleman who is to pull out a chair for her to sit on. When they were seated and the dishes served they eat their meal in silence after they were done they chat about daily life and things like that until Ali got down to business.

He got up from his seat and kneel on one knee in front of Fatou who was puzzled by his actions.

Ali:  Fatou, I love you, will you make me the happiest man on earth for I will love to grow old with you, I love the feeling and the butterflies I get when I see you smiling, so I want to see these smiles every moment I open my eyes, I want you to be the first and last thing I set my eyes every day so will you do me honor and marry me?

With the whole restaurant watching,  when he saw that she was in a daze he waved his hand on her face to wake her up.

Fatou:huh? What were you saying?

Ali: I said will you please marry me?

Fatou: huh? How come?

Ali: why? Don't you love me?

Fatou thinks she is talking to herself here in her mind: ohh I was not expecting that I will get married in this life, I thought I would die a virgin 

Ali: what? he burst in surprise, are you still a virgin?

Fatou: huh?
