"Raghhh!" With a ferocious roar, the orc hurled his axe at Alec's head, sending it spinning through the air.
"Shit!" Alec's eyes widened in horror as he saw the axe coming his way. He tried to move, but it was too late.

Through the haze of pain, Alec's mind races, his thoughts a jumbled mess as he tries to make sense of what has just happened.
He can feel the tendons and bones in his hand severed by the brutal force of the Orc's axe, leaving him crippled and vulnerable.
"F-fuck," He gasps, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he struggles to stay conscious. The world spins around him, a blur of colors and shapes as he struggles to stay upright.
With a desperate gasp, Alec reaches for the health potion, his trembling fingers managing to grasp the vial despite the haze of pain clouding his vision.
With trembling hands, he uncorks the potion and swallows, feeling a surge of warmth spread through his body as the healing properties take effect.
As the potion takes effect, Alec's senses sharpen, the pain in his hand diminishing to a tolerable ache as the wound begins to heal.
Though still weak and disoriented, he can feel his strength returning, aided by the potion's revitalizing effects.

Alec saw the orc charges at him again, now without his axe. "This fucking beast!"
Blinded by rage, Alec also decided to charge at the orc, ignoring the pain in his hand. He grips it tightly with his right hand.
He met the orc head-on, swinging his sword with all his might. The orc dodged the first strike, but Alec followed up with a second, aiming for the orc's neck.

Alec felt the orc's grip tighten around his arm, crushing his bones. He gritted his teeth, refusing to let go of his sword. He kicked the orc in the stomach, hoping to make him loosen his hold.
The orc staggered back but did not release Alec's arm. He pulled Alec closer, preparing to bite his face off with his fangs.
Alec saw the orc's mouth open, revealing his sharp teeth. He felt a surge of fear, but also a burst of adrenaline. He used his left hand almost healed, the one that was wounded by the axe, to poke his eye. "Take this bastard!"
The orc howled in agony, letting go of Alec's arm. He clutched his eye, blood dripping from it. Alec seized the opportunity, and thrust his sword into the orc's chest, piercing his heart.
The orc gasped, his eyes wide with shock. He fell to the ground, dead.
