So my Adventure Log, some explanations

So I have this theory, and I belive you should try it, so just hear me out.

You know dreams? Like when you sleep you dream and its usually influenced by our thoughts and emotions and stuff?

I belive that when you sleep, people can astral project into a different world, in which I call the Astral Realm, the in between of reality and fantasy. it is possible to travel to other peoples dreams as well.

I haven't found a way to travel perfectly yet, but If you visualize where you'd like to go, and calm down, right before you sleep, you would go to a type of would that relates to what you visualized.

Nightmares happen when you worry, or are unconciously worried about something before you sleep, it affects the world your taken to.

I'll put my steps on how I travel, but It probably differs from person to person, so See if it works for you;

1. Go to bed

2. Do something to meditate, for me I read a chapter of a book, or listen to some relaxing music

3. Once you feel relaxed, listen to something or look at something that strongly affects your thoughts and emotions, (Note Postitive Triggers, Negative ones likely end in a Nightmare) I tend to sleep with fantasy music of a street market, or an action soundtrack, but as I am already relaxed it will take some time to hype my emotions.

4. Sleep

I have a 25% chance to be able to navigate the the Astral Realm, But the tricky part is remembering the dream.

So once you are asleep, your projection will travel to another space andyou will go to another world in a character of yourself, but it varies on what people see, For me I focus on events and backgrounds while people don't seem all that detailed, although they usually have quite the personality.

So while you get to explore the new world and interact with it, most people will actually lose some of their memories during the transfer, so you could become a totally different person in the dream, And when you come back your memories are restored, but the newly gained memories in the dream are lost, becoming a daze of who you were, but to most people it was only a dream and it didn't matter to them at all.

I think it would be totally possible for when I master in traversing the Astral World, I will be able to remember anything I learn and apply it here, or at least compare it to reality to some degree.

Oh, I have only found two ways in rembering the Astral Realm, but neither of them are all that great.

When you are on the edge of waking up, but you are still conected to your dream self, forcibly focus on something in the dream world, this will sometimes bring you back to the dream, or you wake up still remembering what you did last as your dream self.

Or as a worse alternative, you can try to make your dream more vivid by introducing a nightmare, which can often get out of control. and you wake up, only remembering the bad parts of the dream, but if you are good at focusing, or if you begin to lucid dream there is a probability of turning things around.

For example: A dream of a monster, (personified irrational fear) It turned out to be my worries about school, and I created a Sword (My persistance) Where I told myself that as long as I kept trying I could make it. (I'll put a link of what I sort of imagined.)

In total I've had about 7-9 Dreams that I remember, 4 of which has been recently, with me trying to practice traveling the Astral Realm, And some of my most vivid experiances will be incorporated into my stories.

Most of my dreams are of fantasy as it is always a place i'd like to experience, but you should find your own places you like to go that would usually seem impossible.
