Data book for Mugen no chōetsu

Kai is the individual power that each kojin user has. The more powerful, the more restrictions, each person can only master one of the infinite amounts of techniques. There are 2 more sub-abilities each user of kojin can use passively. You can only use the techniques at 80% percent because of the limiter beings/gods in the higher dimension placed on us. A few special users that can surpass their limit with the grace of gods are known as jigen. The gods exist in a plane beyond time and space individually, some may even call them omnipotent because they exist beyond the concepts we all know and don’t know.

The jigens are individuals who infinitely rank at a higher dimension that us they have infinite energy but no where as much as the one’s gods possesses. There are 3 major gods who are above all other gods, they created the gods who created space, time, omniverse, living creatures, hell, and heaven. Perceiving the presence of the gods is impossible.
