he then waited until photosynthesis ended and activated growth 5 times

he felt his roots delve into the stone this time the growth was painful at his roots being grown quite a bit forcefully until he felt them hit a patch of water trapped in the stone

he felt his roots naturally suck up the water slowly to the main trunk after the water hit the trunk he felt better
