Chapter 1

As if to prove a point of just how young of an inner child Sebastian still had, deeply hidden inside of him. He continuously summoned his smartphone out of his inventory and send it back inside right after. While making facial expressions, which would suggest to any unsuspecting third party, that he looked like an excited prehistoric barbarian at the moment, whom just invented fire and was about to burn himself with it out of stupidity.

But even in all of his childish excitement, he could not completely get the admittedly similar amazing thoughts to the back of his mind, as to what other possibilities this sheer crazy situation might entail. Which is why his wandering mind soon crossed upon the big elephant in the room. Or in other words he figured, that he should start to finally explore what the other options, from his no longer all glowy little magical cube tattoo, had to offer him.

Which is why he, after some small contemplating, decided to fiddle around with the 5th option his magical tattoo provided him with. Since he had the premoniton, that his life might just turn into a game and if that really were the case, then he would at least want to be the one able to decide the game's settings. And where if not in his 5th option could he possibly else do that?

[5th view your current settings.

Note this is where you can for example deactivate basic notes, that you have already viewed at least once]

So he did just that and mentally poked at the 5th option, provided by his little magical tattoo and soon mentally stared at the new windows of information that poped up in his mind, like little advertisement windows poping up in a browser, while he had to admit, that to compare these little windows of information with browser ads, would be in a sense blasphemous, since browser ads do not usually come with a divine-like sounding voice in your head, that voices out each word in it, if you should so much as just focus on the words.

After a quick count he was presented with a grand total of 3 groups of windows containing information in his head.

[Display repetitive Notes] [YES] []

[Manage your alternative accounts] [Currently: 0] []

[View a list of game commands accessable inside the game dimension] []

After Toggling the repetitive Note option off and mentally peeking at all the available commands inside the game, Sebastian dismissed the setting windows with no small amount of disappointment. Where were his game's graphic settings? Where could he play around with the game's music/sound settings? And most importantly where could he abuse the game's difficulty settings???

Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

But alas, whoever this divine being that contacted him in his dreams might be, it surely was not someone planning on giving him administrative rights, to the game settings, of the game his life had just quite possibly turned into.

After musing about his internal dillemas involving his inability to cheat the fabrics of the world and his awkward realization, that he has not just randomly turned into a god right after waking up, even though he endured the hardships of pain quite equal to a mosquito's bite and his hardships of figuring out his little magical tattoo, which if he were completely honest with himself, was way more relaxing then actually mentally demanding, thanks to the divine voice, making the process of figuring this system out way more enjoyable than anything else, he ended up giving up on his current childish thought and instead strived to figuring out the final vital option given to him by his little magical tattoo. The 4th and maybe most interesting option it offered that is.

[4th view your current status]

[ Playername: seba0095 | Age: 20 | Race: Human | Level: 0 | Title(s): n/a | Skill(s): n/a | Trait(s): Fast (Agi +5) | Stats: Hp: 100/100, Mp: n/a, Str: 10, End:10, Agi:15 (10+5), Vit: 10, Int: 10 ]

Sebastian had high expectations for his status screen and his little magical tattoo indeed did not disappoint, instead it suprised and shocked him to no end as to what he should think about this... The playername seba0095? Wasn't this the first name he ever chose for himself, in his very first game he ever played? How could his little magical tattoo possibly have known about this and why did it just choose it as his playername, without giving him a choice to choose for himself. Did that divine being from his dream read his mind or anything like that and picked the first memory of a playername as his new playername for the game "Divine uprising of the nubs"?

As for his age and name well those were to be expected at least. His nonexistent title(s) and skill(s) were also kind of disappointing while at the same time pretty promising. After all no skills and no titles does not mean there wont be any in the future, heck he did not even start the game yet, so all of those might just come eventually to him sooner or later anyway. And well as for the good news he apparently already got a trait on him. While it did indeed came as a suprise it also gave him the feeling of sudden comrehension, after all he always had been way faster, than most people his age, so it did not struck him as something weird, that it might have always been due to something like an inborn trait or something like that.

While his health point at 100/100 seemed quite pitiful and his average stats of 10 overall seemed quite standard to him he atleast could understand that it only makes sense for a level 0 to be weak as hell. As for his Agi:15 (10+5) stat he quite loved the simply but comprehensible format his magical tattoo used to display his status in his mind with. In fact he hated some mmo's or rpg's status designs with weird stat descriptions as in "You got 18 Strength (+5)", which would never quite be in a way, were he knew whether he now had 18 or 23 strength. Since he was regretably not a mind reader, he would never find out what those willy nilly game developers had in their minds, while programming their games in a way that made at least sense to some people, whom he never was a part of.

So after praising the system for a little longer in his mind, he decided to dismiss his status screen, so that he could figure out how to continue from here on out. He wondered what consequences there might be, if he just randomly opted to enter via the first option his little magical tattoo offered him or in other words with his real body. For example would there be any time difference between that game dimension and his current world? And would it be even really all that simple to leave that place afterwards again?  Furthermore what would he do if only his mind would be sent into that game dimension, while his real body could be left behind and would possibly look lifeless or unconcious to any onlookers?

In the end he concluded some testing had to be done.
