Walker woke up to a persistent buzzing in his ears and slowly opened his eyes, only to realize that he could see out of only one eye. As he tried to piece together what had happened to him, memories of the horrifying battle and the strange figure flooded his mind.
As he reached up to touch his injured eye, a voice spoke to him, reassuring him that he was not damaged and urging him not to let fear hold him back from seeing. Despite his battered body, Walker struggled to get out of bed, determined to see for himself. Making his way over to a mirror on the other side of the room, he was relieved to see that his eye was intact.
Suddenly, the figure clad in white and gold appeared behind him, prompting Walker to ask what was happening. The figure replied that this was no dream, illusion, or PTSD and that his name was, Walker couldn't quite hear. But before the figure could say more, Walker was interrupted by the sound of his mother's voice.
She was standing in the doorway, tears streaming down her face as she took in the sight of her son standing on his own two feet. Rushing over to him, she threw her arms around him in a tight embrace, overwhelmed with relief and gratitude.
After calling the doctors, Walker's mother spent some time with him before reluctantly heading back home. The doctors arrived soon after and were amazed to see Walker standing on his own despite the injuries he had sustained. However, they urged him to get back in bed and rest, emphasizing the importance of giving his body time to heal.

Walker, feeling exhausted and in pain, reluctantly agreed and crawled back into bed. As he lay there, he couldn't help but wonder about the strange figure he had seen and the voice that had spoken to him. Was it a hallucination or something more?
Despite the pain, Walker felt a sense of determination and purpose growing within him. He knew that he had to find out what was going on and what had caused the mysterious events that had led to the loss of his fellow soldiers. As he drifted off to sleep, his mind raced with questions and possibilities.
As Walker's mother made her way home, a thick, impenetrable fog rolled in, casting an ominous shadow over the entire area. Despite her unease, she approached her home, only to be greeted by a hulking figure standing in her driveway. It was a grotesque, fish-like monster with a terrifying presence that sent shivers down her spine.
Despite her instincts telling her to run, Walker's mother bravely stepped out of her car and approached the creature. But before she could make a move, the monster's blood-chilling grin sent shivers down her spine, and with lightning-fast speed, it clamped down on her head, crushing it like an eggshell.
Unaware of the tragedy that had just unfolded, Mr. Walker stepped outside to greet his wife, only to be met with a sight that defied all reason. The monster rushed towards him, its enormous form dwarfing him in comparison. For a brief moment, Mr. Walker was left speechless, unable to comprehend the sheer horror of the situation.
And then it happened. The monster delivered a powerful blow to Mr. Walker's chest, causing an indescribable sensation to course through his body. He looked down, only to see a gaping hole where his chest had once been. As his life slowly ebbed away, all he could think of was the terror that had claimed him and his wife, a terror that he had never even known existed.
