  How did I not realize my feelings earlier? How did I not realize how obvious her feelings were? What am I going to do about Kagami? These thoughts kept flooding through Adrien's head. "Adrien, you need to stop thinking and get ready for school." Plagg reminded him while stuffing his mouth with cheese.  Adrien completely forgot he had school. He still feels jet lag, and he didn't wanna go because he didn't know how to approach or even be near Marinette. The next thing you know, he'll be the one stammering and have pictures of her on his wall..but that's besides the point.  He got out of bed and went to take a shower. With warm water dripping down his body, he took his soap and bathed himself you creep. He got out of the shower and got dressed. He wore the same thing everyday, jeans, a black t-shirt, a white button up, and orange sneakers. He brushed his hair and teeth, and decided to skip breakfast. He walked out the door and Gorilla had the car ready. He opened the door slowly, as he really didn't wanna go, and threw his bag over to the right seat. He sat down and sighed. Gorilla looked at Adrien as he could tell he didn't look like himself, but proceeded to drive.

(Scene: Françoise Dupont High School)

   When they got to the school, Adrien looked around and spotted Marinette. He opened the car door really fast and zoomed out; running up the stairs. Luckily, Nino was waiting for him so he went inside the school with no problem. Adrien was very paranoid, he was constantly turning and looking to his sides. "Are you okay dude? You're acting strange..fans following you?" Nino asked, looking concerned. "No, Nino." Adrien shook his head; disagreeing.  "Then what's wrong, bro? You're not acting like yourself." Adrien took a big breath and said, "I like someone." Nino's eyes widened up after he said this. "Really dude! I never thought this day would come." Adrien punched his shoulder. "So who is this girl? And why are you looking around so much, are you looking for her?" Nino winked while looking a bit confused. "No, Nino; I'm kinda stuck in a triangle, but I'll explain later, let's get to class." Nino and Adrien went to class, unknowing that Alya and Marinette heard everything. "He-he likes someone?.." Marinette said in shock. "Marinette, what if it's you?!! You know what happened in New York." Marinette sighed. "I don't think it's me." Alya shook her head in disappointment. "And why is that? This is our first day back since New York, and the only girl he was around was you. He couldn't of possibly developed a crush on another girl!" Marinette looked at Alya, but didn't say anything. They both went on to class, and saw Adrien scribbling on paper, and he looked like he was in distress. He crumbled up his paper and slammed the pencil on the table, breaking it in half. "Uh-Adrien are-are you okay?" Marinette asked; concerned. Adrien looked up at her and gasped. He then started choking on air and turned redder than Nathaniel's hair. "OH! ADRIEN..I-I-HERE!" Marinette handed him a pink handkerchief that she kept in her bag. "Th-thanks," He coughs again. "Thanks Marinette." He really struggled to speak after that. He tried to get himself together but he just had a full on panic attack in front of everyone. Marinette and Alya couldn't tell if he was upset or angry when they walked in, or even both, but they weren't sure why he had a panic attack. "Have this ever happened to you before?" Asked Alya. "No, I-I don't know what just happened." Adrien looked around; confused. Miss Bustier walks in and Alya and Marinette have to take a seat. Alya pulls out a piece of paper and writes down "Meet us after school outside." She then passes this note to Adrien. Why do they wanna meet me? And she's gonna have Marinette with her! No no no!  Adrien started to feel really sick, and his head starting to pound. His stomach started to cramp and he was getting really sweaty. Maybe he should've ate after breakfast after all. Apparently, his panic attack was not over. The note triggered it once more. He has never experienced this before, so that just made him even more nervous. He also could not figure out why he is getting so much anxiety from Marinette. She doesn't even get this nervous around him. He managed to drink some of Nino's water without choking and calmed down. Maybe some of this was caused from jet lag? YES YES JET LAG.. OF COURSE-DEFINITELY. He told himself this, hoping it'll give him a reason to not blame it on Marinette, which she didn't do anything it's his fault for getting that nervous around her in the first place. He spent the rest of the day paranoid, in pain, and very much in discomfort.

   It was now the end of the day and he needs to meet Marinette and Alya outside. He went to the toilet and gathered his strength and courage to go out there. Plagg came out of his button up shirt and tried to talk Adrien down. "You can't possibly be this nervous. Your in love with Ladybug and you dont act like this around her." Adrien put his head in his hands. "I know, Plagg. Thats why im so confused." Adrien splashed some water on his face to make him feel better. Someone opened the door and Plagg flew into his button of shirt. It was Nino. "Dude, don't you gotta meet up with those girls?" Adrien shook his head, agreeing. "Then why are you in here? Brooo, do you have a crush on Marinette?" Adrien eyes windend and he threw his arms up and ran out, like Marinette does in awkward situations. Oh come on, now your acting just like her. Did you get put under some spell in New York. Is this karma for trying to giving up your Miraculous? He bopped himself on the head and lost himself in his thoughts again. No, it's just jet lag sickness kicking in, just that, only that. He took a big breath and walked outside, only too see Marinette waiting for him. "UHH- Isn't Alya supposed to be here?..." Adrien asked, looking around him. "Yeah, she had to uhm- go to the toilet." Marinette stood on the steps in an awkward position, she also looked very uncomfortable. Adrien put his arm behind is head. "Hey guys!" Alya got back at the perfect moment.  Adrien breathed a sigh of relief. "Hey Alya, so why did we bring Adrien here, exactly?" Marinette was also confused about that. "Because, I know that someone has a crush on someone.." Adrien and Marinette gasped and looked at each other. Marinette walked over to Alya and whispered in her ear, "You are not about to tell him, ARE YOU!" Alya giggled. Marinette attempted to walk away, but Alya pulled her back over to where Adrien was. Marinette being the clumsy girl she was, she tripped when she was pulled causing her to fall onto Adrien. He caught her but he turned red like a tomato again and started to breathe heavily. Marinette got her strength and pulled herself up, and stood there, red like a tomato. "HA! Whatd I tell you, someone's gotta crush, and we are gonna stand here till they admit it." Alya started to shake her foot. She adjusted her glasses and put her hands on her hips, giving them both a glare. This glare caused both of them to be absolutely terrified. Not that she was scary, but they knew that she knew. Marinette and Adrien said at the same time, "So uh-", but then they both stopped and said, "After you-". Alya laughed at them. "So, it seems like you guys keep jinxing each other. If neither of you speak up, i'll say it myself." Adrien's heart started to race, and his headache returned. Marinette stared at Alya, she looked really mad and embarrassed. "You guys have 5 seconds, 1-2-3-," "NO!" Marinette screamed. "Adrien, I-" "No need to ex-explain, I know already." Adrien decided to speak up, in hopes Alya would let him go. Gorilla would be showing up any minute now. Marinette had a miniature heart attack. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU ALREADY KNOW! ALYA DID YOU TELL HIM!" Marinette became furious. Alya got a bit scared herself. "No, I didn't Marinette. But Adrien, what do you mean by that..?" He took a big gulp and said, "She made it really obvious when we were in uh- New York." Marinette looked dead. Luckily, right in the middle of this embarrassing disaster, Gorilla pulled up. "OH- GOTTA GO!" Adrien ran to the car, jerked open the door, and threw himself inside. He slammed the door shut and told Gorilla to go, and hurry.

   Marinette was in pure shock. "Marinette, are you ok?" Alya sorta screeched at the end when she said that. "Alya, w-what exactly did you have planned by doing-by doing THIS!?" Alya shrugged her shoulders. "I knew that Adrien had to of developed a crush on you, he had a panic attack when you spoke to him, kept your handkerchief, and he was a literal tomato out here. Plus, I read what he wrote down on that paper." Marinette gasped. She shook Alya and asked, "WHAT DID IT SAY! WHAT DID IT SAY?" Alya chuckled. "I threw away the paper, but it said something about not knowing what to do with Ladybug and Marinette. It was really hard to read since it was all crumbled." Marinette raised her brow. "Ladybug? What was he doing writing about Ladybug?" Alya giggles to Marinette, "Maybe he has a crush on both of you!" Marinette looked up at Alya, with her mouth wide open. "But that would mean he only likes me-," Alya looks confused, "What was that?" "OH- UHM NOTHING!" Alya shrugged it off. Marinette did her crazy walk and walked away, and the whole time she was walking, she thought about what Alya said. What if he does have a crush on Ladybug? That would mean he likes just me.. ME! But why would he have a crush on LADYBUG!  How would he not know what do with both of us..? UNLESS HE IS CAT NOIR?! She ran up the stairs when she got home and thought over everything that happened that day. Luckily, no one got akumatized, so she got to sleep peacefully that night. As soon as Adrien got home, he went to sleep. He was trying to get his mind off this stressful day. Unlucky for him, he had a dream of being a charming guy to Marinette, hugging and attempting to kiss her; and she kept rejecting him. Doesn't it seem very-very-VERY similar to his situation with Ladybug. This was basically a nightmare to him. Let's hope he wakes up in a good mood, given this dream was a horrible reminder of his love life.
