Once I arrived at the studio, I opened it and quickly set up an office, where I would interview the two. Minutes later I hear a the entrance door open and turn to see a man and a female, both in suits holding folders, which I assume are their resume's.

"Um...Hello Maddie told us to meet the owner at this location...Is he in?"(Male)

"Oh so you are those two. Yes I am please take a seat in my office, and we can start the interview."(Mike)

They both give me a hand shake and both sit down.

I then skim through their resumes, then proceed to introduce myself.

"Well I am Michael Ammers and the owner of this studio, so Isabel and Jack I see that you both are recent graduates?."(Mike)

"Yes!"(Isabel)

"Yes sir."(Jack)

"You have also had internships at other studios? Why did you not work there?"(Mike)

"...Mm..We had an altercation with a higher up, he did not like the works we wrote, and we work as a team, so when Isabel decided to leave, I saw no point in working there."(Jack)

I was honestly stunned, They didn't join that company, because the woman got criticized on her work....I was speechless...sigh* I am really short on time...

"Wow...Well everything in both of your resume's look fantastic, the only issue is that you cannot take criticism, but that can be fixed with time."(Mike)

"So did we get the job?"(Isabel)

"Since the studio is new, we are lacking employees so yes."(Mike)

"Yes! What would you be having us do?"(Isabel)

I check the time and notice it's around 1:30 pm.

"Well the whole team is going to be here in half an hour, do you mind waiting til then?"(Mike)

"Not at all sir!"(Jack)

I then quickly set up some tables and chairs, I had also bought some light snacks.

Around 1:50 is when people started to arrive, and at around 2:10 is when everyone was here.

"Hello everyone, my name is Michael Ammers the owner of this studio, this is our first time meeting each other."(Mike)

I got an applause.

"Now as you have noticed, you had your names on a seat. The people who you are seating with are going to be in the same department as you, so get to know them for the future."(Mike)

"Okay down to business, our first project that we will be working on is a show called,'Ugly to Beauty?' We are going to choose candidates who lack confidence and have been voted under average. The second project will be called, 'Fat to Slim' where we get overweight people and transform their physic into a fit one. Now the makeup artist are going to be in charge of looking over the pictures of the candidates from the first project, I want you to pick the ones who you think are hideous. For the second project the trainers will be in charge of accessing the candidates. Now the team for the first project include the , massage team, Makeup artists, trainers, and cooks. The team in charge of the second project include the Trainers, Nutritionists and the cooks. As you have noticed the trainers and cooks will be on both projects, and the writers and editors should already know that they will be slit into both teams. Any questions?"(Mike)

A man from the writers team raised his hand.

"Yes?"(Mike)

"Have you already chose who will be working on which project?"(Writer dude)

"Yes I have..."(Mike)

I then pass out a sheet with the teams of each project.

Then someone else raised their hand.

"Yes?"(Mike)

"Which network are we going to be aired on?"(Editor dude)

"I got confirmation from BBC news."(Mike)

I then got some more murmurs.

"Alright I'm going to take you guys on a tour of the studio."(Mike)

I then took them around the studio, showing everyone they're work place.

"Also for the massagers, trainers, cooks, and makeup artist their will be another building that is being built, that will be your main work place."(Mike)

Once I told them that, we moved on with the tour and half an hour later we were done.

"Okay now that the tour is over, I want you all to get to know each other.

I had bought some alcohol for the occasion, and we threw a small party. Though I can't get drunk, it was fun to interact with my new employees.

I then checked the time and noticed it was 4 pm. I then called some taxi's and got everyone to go home, I took out some cleaner bots and left, remembering to lock all entrances.
