The rules

1. 8 participants form a duet with a robotic companion, provided by their benefactor brand and together try to pass the challenges of the Playground.

2. There are 8 challenges, access via finding and activating one of the 10 real devices scattered around the Playground. 22 duds are also around to confuse the players.

3. Concealed transportation platforms are used to place the contestants in the arena. The last four in the ranking at random, while the first four can select their starting point.

4. Points are attributed based on time, performance, and efficiency. Only the top two are given the option to choose from the selection provided by a clinic.

5. If the last participant in a challenge doesn’t show up at the clinic a maximum of 4 hours after ‌a game ends, they will be eliminated.

6. Points reduction applies to aimlessly roaming the Playground, accidents and other such interferences.

7. Trickery and other forms of obstructions are permitted, while observed torture or death induced to another patient during a challenge will deduce points. Even if a C.T.D. is commanded to do it in your place.

8. Attempts to escape the Playground with, or without Brands' property will be severely punished.

Legend:

Brand= When the County was created, several financial and commercial groups gathered behind its walls and restarted their business inside of the layered megacity. Centuries later, most either merged or disappeared, leaving only eight such entities as the ruling parts of the settlement. They flung any naming conventions long ago and used their standing on their leaderboard to distinguish between each other.

C.T.D= Custom Transmogrified Drone- machines with limited A.I, that follow most of their partners' orders and act as guardian protectors

Patient= Denomination given to the participants

CEO= Old naming convention used now for the head of a Brand. Combination of a director, face, and leader, and with a small part of power shared with a board of investors.
