Lara sat amidst a sea of students; her pen poised but her mind far from the exam paper. With a dramatic sigh, she realized she knew absolutely nothing.

Tomi, understanding the silent cry for assistance, glanced at the teacher before subtly lifting her answer sheet. Lara, her eyes wide with gratitude, focused intently on the paper.
"Banana?" she muttered aloud, her confusion evident. The teacher, sensing something amiss, turned around, her gaze sharp. Lara and Tomi froze, their guilty expressions quickly masked by feigned concentration.

Lara and Tomi, their hearts pounding, resumed writing as if nothing unusual had occurred.
"I should have studied," Lara mumbled under her breath, her voice barely audible.
The sweet release of the halftime bell filled the room with a wave of relief.
"Well, this isn't a final exam just a test so..." Lara, with an exaggerated air of triumph, announced, "I'm done!"
The teacher raised an eyebrow, clearly puzzled. "It's just halftime," she replied, her tone laced with disbelief.
Ignoring the teacher's confusion, Lara handed in her paper with a wide, carefree smile. "Bye!" she exclaimed cheerfully, exiting the classroom.
