Nuclear missiles destroyed earth and it's environment. The radiation of those missiles got absorbed by insects and cold-blooded animal's but they got 10x of their original size.

Human's number decreased on earth it's about 2 billion now. And We live in bunkers Under the ground but my bunker got destroyed yesterday by giant lizards and i will move out today.

My name is MAX and this is my Story.

I have to find a place to roast meat. I am hungry and haven't had food in two day's.

As max was thinking for a safe place he comes across a forest. It was a forest covered with thick white thread's. Every single tree and leaf was covered in it. Max knew what it was...

"It's tarantula spider's web."

Max was just thinking about it and immediately a spider appeared in between those thread's. As max observed the spider he noticed something.........The spider was eating a metal car like it was a marshmallow or something.

"What? Why is a spider eating a metal car."

Max thought that the spider's could have evolved by nuclear fusion in there genetic cells due to nuclear energy released by nuclear missiles. He noticed another thing. That no insect or animal was coming near this forest except for spider's.

Max was just thinking about it and an ant came from behind and entered the forest as soon as the ant touched the string of the spider web. The spider who is eating the metal car got alert and fired it's web at the ant which pierced straight through it's head...

Max's eyes widens after watching this scene. He picks up a broken thread of the spider web from the ground. And tries to break it into two parts by stretching it..

"Ahhh...."

Max feels pain in his right hand as he lifts it's hand. He noticed that there was a cut on that hand...

"I knew it....it's not an ordinary web it's an iron web. If scientist's discover this thing it can be a big discovery. Tch...They make webs of what they eat."

"Spider's don't have that much smelling senses . But they have there webs if anyone touches the web then a normal spider can tell from 50 meters and these are tarantula spider's i think they can even tell it from 1 km away".

"If only i can get this thread then i can become stronger then i am now. But if i even slightly touched this thread then that spider will kill me in no time"

"Sigh....i have to find a river first to disinfect this cut."

A faint sound of water flowing was coming from nearby. Max starts to walk towards that direction.

As expected it was a river. It was very clear that you can even see every stone in that river clearly. Max strats to apply water on the cut and applies bandage on it. As max was applying bandage on the wound. His eyes gets locked onto a place across the river.

Max crossed the river and started running towards that place.

After running a few meters max tilts down a little and smiles.

"I knew it's a bear's cave."

Max sniffs as he gets a rotten stench coming from the cave and starts to enter the cave. Max reaches the end of the cave and as suspected a white tiger's corpse was lying there as max moved close to the corpse the corpse showed a movement...

"Huh?"

A tiger's cub jumped out from behind of the corpse and roared at max...

*grhaaa*

"It's his mother's corpse."

There was a purple cut on the tiger's corpse.

"She must have tried to enter the forest in search of food for her cub and must have been attacked by spider's. Tarantula spider's are not poisonous but if they bites someone then the wound starts to spread and kills the target if it's not treated in time."

And the cub is protecting it's mother's body. As max was taking pity on the cub a sound came into max's ear.

*hisss*

"It's a snake estimated distance 5 meter"

*grhaaa*

"Shhhh.....Don't make sounds little guy we both will die if you make sounds"

*grahh*

But the cub didn't settle down. Max grabbed the cub and tightly held his mouth with his hand. As the snake came across the cave he noticed the faint stench of corpse but wasn't able to find it's source. The snake was about 20m long. The cub was struggling to free himself. But after seeing the snake the cub calms down. The snake goes towards the forest.

This snake is going towards it's own death. Fool.

"I have to do something about this corpse or it will attract more insects and animal's."

Max released the cub from it's hands and grabs his mother's body but the cub bites his left foot...

"Ahhhh....get away from me your mother died because of you be thankful that i am going to dig a grave for her."

Max covers some distance and starts digging the soil with his hands the cub follows max in order to protect his mother's body.

2 hours later...

It took me about 2 hours to dig this small grave.

Max put's the tigres body into the hole he dug out. But the cub resists again by roaring at max. Max grabs the cub in his hands and said angrily...

"Look buddy look at her she is dead. Your mother is dead"

He puts the cub down and starts to pour soil on her body to fill the hole up.

"It's starting to get dark. I will now remove the stench from the cave by sprinkling water there let's get to the work. You coming with me bud."

The cub sat down near her mother's grave.

"I think it's a No then. But remember this, If your mother was alive today she would have wished for you to survive in this world."

The cub only stared at max with cold eyes.

"Bye."

Max starts to go towards the cave. The cub stands and looks at his mother's grave as if he was saying 'Mom i will survive till the end. Goodbye'. And started running towards max.

"Heyyy, you came buddy. So would you like to go with me on my adventure?"

*rawr*

"I will take that as a yes! Now let's get to the work"

After a while....

"Now the stench is gone. Let's eat food. But we will not roast meat here we will do it 1km away from the cave so that if any insect or animal traces us he will not be able to reach our cave."

"Rawr"

"Yeah i know i am smart. No need to tell me"

After that i and the white tiger's cub eated our last piece of roasted chicken meat packed in an air-tight plastic bag which i carried with me from the bunker. After eating it we started walking towards the cave.

"Hey let's give you a name bud. Ummm.....how about...?"

"Charlie"

"Rawr"

"Oh you like it, then your name will be Charlie."

"Today i made a white tiger's cub my friend. I named him Charlie."

"I will rest in this cave for 3 day's and try to obtain that spider web if i couldn't get it then i will move on."

"I don't know what danger waits ahead of me all i know now is that i am ready."

"My name is MAX. And this is my story. Goodnight dear diary."
