Olympic Movie Theater.

Agnes Cully is having a bad life now. Despite being an engineering schematics genius at a young age, her mother didn't care about her but was busy canoodling with her lover.

After finding out that her "uncle" was having an affair with a younger woman, they were kicked out of the house. Life has been difficult, but she is still persevering.

However, it only got worse when she heard from her mother that her application to the University of Oklahoma got rejected on the grounds of being a woman.

So now, she is standing dazed in front of the theater, frowning, and full of confusion. She wanted to watch movies and immerse herself in them to forget about her life problems. Unfortunately, she doesn't even have the money to buy a ticket.

"Hi, beautiful lady... do you need any help?" When she was standing there in a daze, an unfamiliar voice sounded, snapping her out of her confusion.

Agnes Cully didn't even notice that there was already someone standing in front of her. Looking up and seeing a handsome face, she blushes and stares at him. He has striking medium-short silver-blonde hair and violet eyes. Although his appearance looks tall and strong, it still cannot hide his immature face.

"Uhhhm no-no, I'm just thinking of something." Of course, Agnes will not tell a stranger that she doesn't have money for a movie ticket.

"My name is Andy, Andy Westeros. I just noticed that you are standing here looking dazed and frowning. It seems that you are having a serious problem. I can't help myself getting worried for you, so maybe I can help you." Andy said, looking at her with a bright smile.

"No, I'm fine. Anyway, thanks for the care. My name is Agnes, Agnes Cully." Agnes said while staring at Andy vigilantly.

"I'm thinking maybe I can help you... you know, the moment I spotted you, I can't help myself getting distressed when I saw you frowning and looking worried." Andy shook his head and seeing her vigilant appearance and said. "Well, the truth is, I'm attracted to your appearance. I think you will look more beautiful when you smile."

Andy stared at Agnes' beautiful face and couldn't help himself caressing her hair. "Anyway, do you want to watch a movie? Let's go, and I will buy you a ticket."

Agnes Cully blushes at Andy's intimate action while feeling uncomfortable. After thinking about it, Agnes Cully still chooses to accept his invitation.

"Thank you for inviting me." Even if Andy has a bad intention towards her, she will not care anymore. She is full of confusion now and only wants to immerse herself in the movie.

After a while, they got into the theater and sat on the back row. Andy wanted to talk to her, but looking at her engrossed expression, he dismissed the idea.

The movies in this era are not up to the taste of Andy as a modern person, but he can only force himself to watch, feeling bored.

Soon, the movie ended, and Andy and Agnes came out of the movie theater. He asked, "I got hungry watching the film... do you want to eat with me?"

"Well, its decided, let's just go to that restaurant." He quickly walked to a nearby restaurant, afraid that she will refuse.

Listening to Andy's tone meaning of no refusal, Agnes can only silently follow his arrangement since she is also a bit hungry.

After arriving at the restaurant and ordering a lot of dishes, Andy and Agnes talked a lot about life, being kicked out of the house during the Great Depression, her enthusiasm about engineering, and receiving no encouragement from her mother, who always insisted that only a beautiful face matters and it's her only weapon if she wants to survive.

Well, her mother is right. If Andy hadn't arrived earlier, Agnes would have succumbed to pressure and used her body and beauty to achieve her dream.

It's already dark when they come out of the restaurant. Looking at the fidgeting Agnes Cully, Andy smiles brightly and says to her, "Do you want to see the other side of the world and change your destiny? Follow me."

Andy unhurriedly steps into a back alley. Agnes is dazed for a moment and mutters, "What other side of the world? Did he mean those gray areas or underground black forces?"

"What if there's more?" Her curiosity as a scientific madwoman gets the better of her, and she quickly follows.

For her, Andy is too mysterious, and he acts like he knows her well. She can't help herself from being attracted to him and also wants to know how he will change her fate.

After arriving at the back alley, she looks at Andy leaning on the wall and waiting for her. Despite him having a bright smile, Agnes is getting goosebumps.

"Now, I will show you the other true side of the world, and I will give you the power to change your destiny." Andy slowly raises his hand in front of her. Suddenly, black viscous liquid emerges from his hand and squirms like it's alive.

Agnes Cully is too stunned to speak, seeing what is happening in front of her.

When she reacts from shock and wants to scream, the black liquid suddenly jumps from Andy's hand and drills into her open mouth.

Agnes Cully widens her eyes in fear and clutches her throat.
