Prologue: Part 1 Thoughts & Experiments
"HAHA!!!" A laughter can be heard down the halls of an underground lab, echoing as no one can hear it.
In a room stands a man about forty years old. White lab coat with a black t-shirt and a pair of jeans. His brown goldish hair matching his tan skin. In front of him is a vial with light blue liquid in it. The man picks up the vial as he whisper something, "This is it," and drinks the liquid as he remembers his past accomplishes in this planet.

"This has to be it, I'm one-hundred percent certain that this is the formula that would help me regain my memories of my past lives and let me keep them in my next life and after. And just in case if I don't want to remember after my next life I would be able to turn it off and on like a light switch by will, hehe.. finally after years of researching!"
On a hovering glass table is a bunch of papers but the one the man was looking at was the one in front of him. This paper unlike the rest wasn't crumbled into a ball and thrown in the over-filled trashed can.
"I must start right away, luckily I already made all the machine and equipment just few hours to make the ingredient then mix them together and cool it down with a fredager (something like flame-throwing but for cooling and is small as a baby toy gun)."
As the man waits for everything to be prepared he sits down on a silver chair that is hovering off the ground by 3 inches and looks back at how he first started doing this.
To be honest I'ma miss this world a little since it gave me everything I needed to even make it this far, all my hard-work has finally paid off. With the knowledge of this world I wonder what I would be capable to do in a world of magic.
As he thought about this he turn his gazed towards a machine big enough to fit a person in it.
This machine I made should be able to compress my soul making it so I can keep my memories in a tight area so it doesn't fade from the center and disappear.
My studies concludes that the reason why memories disappear is because the soul gets bigger from every life you had and once it reaches beyond the limit away from the center it flows away, basically it's a magnet the further away it is from the center the less one can hold onto that memory so every life time you had it pushes a part of your soul that holds onto that memory further from the center since your making new ones in your present lives. This also shows how a baby does remember everything as it isn't making new memories yet but as time goes by the memories it's making pushes out so that's why most people can barely remember anything when your a baby.

"Hmm..."
Also if this is correct there is multiple ways to compress your soul but would take years to reached and one would need a technique for it but my method of using science and technology would be help make instantly instead of years of practicing making your soul compressed. The horrible part though is that if you practice compressing your soul in your previous life but died and reincarnate then your compressed soul would undo itself unless one started to practice again from the start but by the time they reach the part when they start to compression the soul, the soul would already be completely undo and back to the stage it started and parts of the soul containing your previous life would already disappear.
"Hmffff..."
I can't control my laughter, calm down, calm down...
"Huff.."
Every time I imagine what others would think of when they're practicing as hard as they can to compress their memories so they don't lose it but in the end fail would always make me laugh about how I don't need to any of that since my method would always have my memories compressed. Huh I know how it's not good at laughing at others misfortune but come on imagine those flabbergast faces! Hehe...
The liquid I made lets my soul be compressed permanently and allows me to be able to recover the parts of my soul I lost but the memories wouldn't be able to be recovered since it already scattered into millions of pieces so basically it's an empty shell and you would think it has no uses but for some reason I feel like it's gonna be a huge advantage for me in my next life.
Now that reminds me the liquid should be done.
The man takes the vial in his hand and poured it into his mouth.
"Gulp...gulp...."
The sounds of the man swallowing the liquid down echoes the empty lab.
"Now! Lets get started and leave this world before I have any second thoughts."
The man goes inside the machine he was looking at a while ago and typed a few things before he closed the door.
Booting...19%...45%...89%.......100%
Starting Process Now!
Soul Converging......Success!
Goodbye Now!
The man's body collapsed on the floor of the machine while a new noise echoed the empty lab.
"Tick...tick.."
On the wall was a big clock counting down and as it reached zero a huge noise can be heard from miles away.
The greatest man of technology and science and his lab full of technology that the world could only hope for all disappeared in one whole big mystery that the no one in the world could find out what happened.
