Lylie Grottel is a mage, one who excelled and graduated from his school as an Adept, the highest honour a young mage could receive. But now, something sinister has befallen this genius. His days of confusion end when a close friend comes to visit. He presented an offer Lylie couldn’t possibly refuse—a chance to converse with an Archmage, one of the strongest beings in the world. Unbeknownst to him, this decision will open a new world for the young mage. With his condition partially cured, the young thrill seeker will now gain the powers hidden from the common eye. Firearms, artifacts, aliens, criminals, allies, and an entity harbouring his soul. The world protected in desperation welcomes the coming of a new ally, as he continues to grow as a Trekker. After all, madness is approaching, shadows are rising, and the unknown will strip themselves of their facade, bringing chaos with them. The relentless waves of conspiracy threaten to wash away Lylie’s convictions, and he must remain steadfast to keep them and his slightly psychopathic tendencies afloat.
