"Lana, where's the boy?"

Kira who was rushing to complete his master order had arrived back in his hidden village, which was shrouded by mist. The village was small and only had 12 house in it. The house are all like old wooden eastern Japanese houses.

"For God Sake! Kira! Don't just pop out like that dear.... You didn't even stop your shadow skills...you frighten me my love."

Lana, Kira's wife, a beautiful woman with sharp blue eyes and long blonde hair. Her small petite frame had always look charming somehow, and the motherly look she always have make a person melts whenever seeing her smile.

"I'm sorry my love, I was foolish and forgive me if I've caused you problems. Are you well my love?"

"I'm fine just a bit shocked..now, it's late at night and you just got back from your trip, which quite fast this time. Is there something wrong dear?"

"No...I'm not sure...but our lord, he had asked for his son...I'm not sure the meaning of this though"

"Why is he looking for me?" A long black hair boy with black eyes interuppted Kira. His body was small barely 6-7 years old but his face was stoic and expressionless, no happiness or sadness can be seen from it.

"Raf, your father has ordered me to take you to meet him, you must prepare your belonging and we shall depart tomorrow morning"

"So...after leaving me here since my birth, he's finally gonna meet me? How long has it been? 7 years?"

"Raf....your dad had his own reason, he-"

"I'm gonna go n sleep, it will be along ride tomorrow right?"

Raf had interuppted Kira speech and just went straight back to his own room to speak. Kira was left stunned. Kira had thought Raf would have protested and opposed to met his father after the question Raf had asked Kira. 

"Dear, just let it be....he had always been that way, never care about what happens and never bothering others"

"Hmmm my love...sometimes I hope that boy would just open up and learn to accept others"

"Hahaha...you are only wishing to have your own kid aren't you? Hehe...come here my dear, let's get to bed too...I miss you so much"

"And I miss you too my love.."

Kira hugged his wife lovingly and carry her back to his own room. To find comfort and love from his long journey. He was still a bit taken aback by raf short response and weird reaction but had try to not think about it and just enjoy his time with his lovely wife tonight.

Raf who was in his room was standing beside his windows stating at the moon. His thoughts were in chaos. He had always thought his father had thrown him away. Maybe blaming him for his mother death. His mom had died trying to give birth to him, and after that he was left with Kira. His dad had left him and went on a journey without leaving him any note. He had asked Kira about his dad when he was 5 but the answer had always been, "There's a reason for everything". Raf had always thought his dad hated him and blamed him for his mother death after hearing the full story from Kira and Lana. He had acceppted that his dad will never meet him but tonight Kira had just told him he will be meeting his dad. Raf is unsure of how he is feeling. Sadness? Mad? Angry? Longing? Does he even have any feeling towards this event? He is unsure...

-The next morning-

"Good Morning Raf, it's time to wake up now, you are going to follow Uncle Kira, so wash up and come down for breakfast okay?" Lana said lovingly, waking up Raf who had been sleeping on his chair beside his window.

"And dear....please try to make sure you sleep in your bed next time okay? You will hurt you spine if you sleep like that often"

"Urgh....yes aunty, i must have fallen asleep reading a book last night. I'll see you downstairs"

Raf walked to his bathroom to wash himself up. Lana had went down to join his husband for breakfast while wait for Raf to washen up. Raf after finished showering had took out a black leather pants and white woolshirt to wear. He packed 2 more same pants and 3 more shirts with a few underwears and went straight down to have his breakfast.

"Morning uncle, I've done packing and will be ready to move after breakfast."

"Ahh Raf come and join us. And its good that you carry light, we shall depart after breakfast. Don't rush and take your time."

"Yes dear come and eat, I've make sure that your uncle here wont force you to go right away. Plus I'm gonna miss you so much! So let me enjoy seeing you more for now..."

Lana said towards Raf while having a loving motherly look towards him. She and Kira had raised Raf since he was a baby. Even though Raf always stay quiet and to himself, Lana and Kira had always love him like their own son.

"Yes aunty and I'll be missing you too..."

Raf said simply with no sadness can be seen on his expression.

After breakfast they had went outside to get ready to move. The journey would take longer since Raf can't run at the speed Kira can. They had to take a horse to the city. They would be there by 3 days and have to camp at night for 2 nights.

"Now Raf, I'll miss you and have a safe journey kay? Remember to smile and hug your dad okay? I'm sure he miss you so much! Hehe"

"Hmm take care aunty and bye"

"Come now let's move then, I'll be back Lana in a week, be safe"

Thus the journey had commenced. They departed with a single horse that Kira had borrowed from the stable. They had only pack a few day of rations and a simple tent to camp out at night. 

"Oh Raf, spray this on your self, his will chased away any low level monster and make our journey faster and quicker"

Kira handed out to Raf a colourless vial. The forest they stay at are free from monster but Kira has to make sure that his lord beloved son stay safe and free from any harm.

Raf had sprayed the vial onto himself but almost puked with the bad smell if gives away. Guess that's the reason no monster come near after spraying this.

After 3 days and 2 nights of uneventful encounters or deadly dangerous fight. Kira and Raf had arrived to the city gates..

"Let's go and meet you father Raf" 

"Yea, okay" Raf said with no hint of expectation or happiness...
