Title:The beginning
"Dowan! Dowan!" A scream echoed, calling out. "Look behind you!" the voice cried again.
In the midst of battle, Dowan turned his head, but it was too late. A sharp sound cut through the air, and his head fell to the ground.
Kael froze, shocked, as his friend's lifeless head lay before him. "No,Dowan!" Kael shouted, struggling to get back on his feet.
Around him, the lifeless bodies of his comrades lay scattered. In front of Kael stood a figure cloaked in a heavy, dark aura that seemed to weigh down the air itself.
"Your comrades died because you were weak," the man said coldly, his voice cutting like a blade.
Kael clenched his fists and shouted, "I'm going to make you regret this!"
He charged at the man with all his might, but within seconds, Kael was forced to his knees, utterly defeated.
"You are weak," the man repeated, his words dripping with disdain.
Kael, battered and broken, thought desperately, If only I had a second chance... if only I had another chance...
But before he could move again, the man struck. Kael's head flew through the air, and all he could see was darkness—a dark void stretching endlessly before him.
Kael heard a voice echoing through the void, "Thou shalt be granted a second life; I shall aid thee in growing stronger and attaining that which thou dost desire in the end!"

Confused and shocked, Kael tried to make sense of the words, but before he could speak, a sudden rush of wind enveloped him.
In the blink of an eye, he found himself back in his home, lying on his bed—the very place he had longed for since the tower had first appeared. His heart raced as he stared at the familiar ceiling, unsure if it was real or an illusion.
This world was once normal. Some lived in happiness, others in sadness, and many somewhere in between. Life moved steadily, until one day, a massive earthquake shook the planet. From the depths of the earth, colossal towers emerged in every country.
Amidst the chaos, a deafening voice echoed across the skies: "You shall enter the tower and complete it in order to save your world."
Fear and confusion swept over humanity as the towers stood tall, ominous and unyielding. Yet, as the years passed, the once-terrifying towers became part of everyday life. People adapted, and the fear gave way to routine.
Those who dared to enter the towers and return alive were called Heroes. They became symbols of strength, their courage admired by many. The towers, mysterious and deadly, gave rise to these individuals who ventured inside and returned with newfound powers and knowledge.
In time, organizations were formed to recruit and train these heroes, competing fiercely with one another. These groups vied for supremacy, turning the heroes into both saviors of humanity and pawns in a larger game.
Kael was still in shock at what had happened—the voice, and him coming back to what he thought only happened in fiction.
"Kael, come down for breakfast! Wanna be late for your school?" a voice called out.
Kael froze, his emotions overwhelming him. It was the voice of his mother, the very person he had lost in that earthquake.
He rushed downstairs and saw her standing beside the table. Tears filled his eyes, almost spilling over, as he ran and hugged her tightly. "I really missed you, Mom," Kael said, his voice trembling.
His mother, confused by his sudden behavior, shouted, "Are you crazy?" and hit him on the head with a pan lying on the table.
Kael, still emotional from seeing his mother again, sat down to eat. Every bite reminded him of what he thought he'd lost forever.
After breakfast, Kael dressed in a school uniform he hadn't worn in over 20 years and stepped outside. As he walked down the street, his mind wandered back to the time when the tower first appeared. He couldn't shake the confusion—what year was it?
Lost in thought, something suddenly popped up in front of him. It was like something out of a novel—a system.
