"Where am I?" The last thing he remembered was getting a message from one of his friends telling him about a lead to a temple in South Africa, he had left that same day from China to the temple.
As soon as he arrived in Africa, he immediately went to the temple but as soon as he was about to go in, he heared a gunshot and he arrived here floating in the air in the same temple.
'eh!' he soon noticed that as soon ask that question, unknown information start to flood into his mind as if it wants to overwhelm him. The amount of information was huge that it could barely fit in his mind. It was being as if a huge ocean trying to go into a small river, overwhelming.
The information was scattered and not in order, so it took a while for him to reorganize the information.
"So that's how it is. This is very interesting." When he scanned the new information, he was really surprised and shocked as the information was way beyond anything he had thought possible, even though he himself studied the supernatural.
He studied the history of the gods and demons as a hubby when he was child, because of it, it had become his goal throughout his 21 years of life to find the connection between them, but who would have known that he would get information, that basically said that everything he had studied had been in vain?
Of course, he not mad, really, he's not!
From the information, he had learnt that he was inside the temple, he had also become its owner. The gunshot he had heared earlier was from the gun that had killed him, but as his soul was going to disappear, he became bound to the temple sharing life and death with it.
That's to say, if he dies completely, the temple would face its destruction. It's the same the other way around as well.
As for the temple? It's a treasure of the heavens and earth, as we, the Chinese like to call it. The temple is a heavenly treasure that if known to the world, people would want to possess it.
As a temple that have withstood the test of time till now, how couldn't people kill for it? Even the compassionate deities', such as Buddha [1] and Jah [2] wouldn't care about so call face [3] if they could get the temple.
The world Earth, before it came into existence had been create numerous times, before being destroyed as it was incomplete. Sometimes the planet would be too small, others being too big. The world had to go through trial and error before being completed. Over hundreds of creation and destruction, the world known as Earth was finally created.
As soon as Earth was created, Origin Temple was created as well. After hundreds of destruction and creation of Earth, there would be leftover energy that had nowhere to go, so they gathered together under some unknown guidance to
create a treasure, the Origin temple, also known as the first temple.
As the Earth was create hundreds of time before being perfected, the leftover energy was enough to create Earth a thousand time over.
Of that energy, 60% was used to create the Origin Temple, 20% of remaining 40% was used to create a world inside the temple that was hundreds of times bigger than Earth. As for the remaining 20%? 10% was used to give the temple special abilities, such as invisibility, flight, impregnable defense and more, the last 10% remained as pure natural origin energy that remained in the temple's world as resource to operate on.
After the creation of the world, Earth, began the first Era. The first era was known as the Era of Gods. In this Era, life came into being. There was so many races and species that it was crazy if one wanted to count all of them. Among the many races, there were races that call themselves gods because of the impossible feats that they could seemly do casually.
These gods were terrifyingly strong that they could shift mountains and move seas at will. Although these gods vary from each, they had one common features and that was their immense bodies that where bigger than even mountains!
But after billions of years, these all-powerful gods gradually died out and was replaced by bugs that they could swish with a finger, the dinosaurs!
The age of dinosaurs was also known as the Prehistoric Era. The dinosaurs, after moving from the shadows of their predecessor, became extremely powerful even if they were not as powerful as the gods.
They, over thousands of years took over the lands that was once in the hands of the gods and became even more powerful that they could swallow the energy of the sun and moon. By simple opening their mouths, fire would spew out.

Arrogance started to sprout within their hearts as they slowly but surely became the same as the gods as they started to kill the other races and subjugated them as servant and slaves.
Just when they were going to surpass the gods, meteorites struck down upon the planet out of the blue dying the entire skies red. It was as if the heavens can't and won't condone their existence any longer. Meteorites as big as hill rained down, shattering all things in their path.
At first, the dinosaurs were able to adapt to the change, but then more meteorites arrived, and the dinosaurs started dying out in large numbers, that they soon became extinct.
As more meteorites struck down, the gigantic continent at the center of the world was shattered, it split in seven parts that float away from each other. Because of the continent splitting, the temple in the middle of the continent was also spilt into seven parts, becoming seven new temples.
After billions of years, the once lifeless world became livelier again as new races came and took the place of the old. Of all these races, there was one that stood out the most. This new race began the next era, the Era of Humanity.
Unlike other creatures, the humans multiplied furiously that in only a million years they number in the billions. Because humans evolved too quickly and invented technologies that cause severe harm to the environment, they had unknowingly destroyed the other 6 temples, leaving behind one temple in Africa, the Temple of the Unknown God.

This is my first novel, I can take criticisms.
[1] The founder of the Buddhist community. I wrote that he is a deity, but its not exactly true as his followers don't worshipper him like a god but like a teacher.
[2] Jah is what the Rastas in Utopia and countries that have its influence call the Western God.
[3] This means that they don't care about their reputations.
