Hey, welcome to my new project. I first got this idea when I was browing the SCP page. I'm not into SCP but I was linked to it from a forum thread. I found an SCP titled "SCP-4522: The Mystical Village of the Jade Peach." When I read the title, I immediately imagined a beautiful Chinese-style ancient village with blooming flowers and a glow of mana, with the scent of peaches flowing through the air. This reminded me of a time in High School where my friend gave an example of imagery stating "Emerald green hills eclipsed by a glorious aurum sun." Both the SCP and this example of imagery were just words, but they made me feel different, like I was actually in that location. Since I'm human, I assume there are others that have an insatiable appetite for this kind of literature, therefore I am starting this project. Essentially, it will be a collection of short setting descriptions or stories that are evocative and allow you to get lost in another world. I will likely make this a "non-shared" collection, meaning there is no story progression between chapters, and rather each chapter is it's own story.  Anyway, this is just going to be a fun hobby, I will likely not hold myself to any sort of schedule because that tends to burn me out. Hopefully you enjoy and make sure to let me know what you think by leaving a rating or a comment! I will probably make polls eventually to gauge what you guys want.
