Because he planned to get close to her, he rushed to her cutting the water shields.

Finally, after fighting for a while she spoke: "For a vice admiral of the empire you sure are weak." She mocked him making him more irritated.

"Haa, are you saying I'm weak when all your doing is running away." He mocked back to see how she would react but there was nothing.

"You misunderstood me after you saw me as a child, underestimating me just because I'm young that was your mistake."

"I was trained to kill since young and that's something I'm good at, although I put all that behind me because I have a family now. Does not mean I will die at your hands."

His body glowed purple enhancing his overall power.

"Huh?" Vice Admiral Em Walter stepped two steps back looking at his hand in puzzlement.

"You see arrogant vice admiral in battle you must always worry about your opponent's tactics, just because I retreated every time you advanced does not mean I'm weaker than you."

Part 3

Near the outer layer of the forest oceanic, a fleet of 30 battleships sailed to the east their destination was unknown but their purpose was clear as day as the soldiers on board's equipment were meant for war.

The flags on these battleships were of the empires and a bullfrog head emblem. This flag represented a particular person, this person is soon to become an admiral of the empire as he is given a mission to complete for promotion.

The leading battleship was two times larger than the other ships, a man could be seen standing on the ship's head.

His arms were crossed while looking into the distance as the winds pushed him but did not move him at all, not even his hair or the clothes he was wearing only the uniform coat which represented his rank was floating back.

His hair was dyed red to match his pupils and he had a long scar that went across both his cheeks.

He is a proud soldier of the empire as he served in many branch units looking for which unit would bring the best out of him and contribute to the empire receiving merits for his loyalty.

Many aren't proud of doing dirty work for their country, but when the chance came he took it.

Assassination work he has done, spying he did, and even killing his family to prove his loyalty.

This is a man who would sacrifice his all for the empire because the empire is the savior of the world they are the apex of humanity.

Vice admiral Akira, a man who threw away his family name to be a sword for the empire.

These battleships left one of the most dangerous places in the world the forbidden ocean, Forest Oceanic.

Forest Oceanic, it is a mystery how a forest grows on water, the roots of these plants are not attached to any ground yet they grow becoming beautiful unique plants.

It was said this forest in the ocean has three layers forest the first is the outer layer called the Overstory.

In the overstory, there are only grasses but do not mistake these as normal grass because they number in the trillions and are as high as 15 meters or higher.

There is a story about these grasses, it was said that these grasses grow blood jewelry rice which attracts fly fish the most dangerous small fish.

Flyfish are insect fish that scavenge the remains of monsters or any living being they are swarms that can kill millions of humans, they are no threat to Ki warriors or monsters alive.

Since their hive is in the oceanic forest, they feed on the blood jewel rice giving birth to fly kingfish which is the overstory's guardian.

This guardian is an orange threat monster which means it alone can destroy a country.

There are 37 fly kingfish each guarding a different part of the overstory layer because the overstory is as big as 20.54 million miles.

The second outer layer is called the Understory and is as big as 15.87 million miles.

This layer is full of chaos because the sea monster there eats each other for survival just like in a forest or ocean but there is a plant called, a demon rose that drives all the sea monsters in its vicinity into a frenzy becoming mindless hungry beasts.

The only plants that grow here are flowers poisonous deadly flowers.

The Forest floor is the innermost layer in the forest oceanic, which is in the center. A forest floor sits in a deep hole and is surrounded by two layers of forests above it, like a waterfall.

A thick vine tree grows in the middle, reaching the clouds.

This vine tree is called the storm vine, and lightning is attracted to it like bees are to honey. And the inner forest is 2.9 million miles big.

Back on the fleet battleships vice admiral, Akira was inside his office looking at a tablet resembling a door there were words written on it which made him frown as he stared at it.

This was a message tablet the empire uses to communicate over long distances. The message quoted that a vice admiral was killed and a new order was given to him. "Oy oy oy, this guy just become a vice admiral yet his already dead, what the hell."

He got up from his seat smacking away the papers on his desk in anger.

Screaming his lungs out he said.

"What kind of fool get's promoted to a high rank and dies… a month later, how can you shame the empire like that."

"Knock" "Knock" "Knock"

"Vice admiral sir is everything alright?" an officer knocked asking what caused the commotion.

"Bam" Akira kicked the door saying. "Steer the ship to the Balruf continent we are to destroy the Bulka tribe… they dare to kill someone of the empire they must learn what happens when they offend the empire."
