After their explanation, I finally start to get a better look at their appearance.

The skeleton resembles a human,with eerily clean bones like they had the flesh ripped off. The only non-human looking part is the ghastly green flames glowing in the eye sockets. They also have what looks to be a sheated sword attached to their waist. Guess that's where their race gets the name from. The sword appears to be made of bone aswell.

The orb, which I now know is a spirit looks like wisp now that I pay attention to it. With its flowing head thing on top. They are a dull yellow colour with two spots of vivid yellow, I'm guessing the spots are eyes. The whole body is slightly translucent as I can kinda see the forest through it.

As for the bird. It appears as a mix between some type of small bird and predatory raptor. The feathers are like flowing flames and their is a bright red patch on the top of their head like a red hawk. Their beak is a orangey brown same as their legs with their talons being black. As I'm checking them out I end up crossing eyes with it, with their eyes like the sunset or sunrise. However as I found out this it seems I was caught out.

"Okay so you look like a dark grey monitor lizard with black eyes and purple pupils. Your horns and claws are darker approaching more smoke grey than the stormy grey colour of your body. Your tail is pretty long being about a third of your length "

"So what should we call you" Says the spirit out of nowhere. Like where do you get name from this

"What do you mean call me by my name"

"*Sigh* then try remembering your name"

"Of course I remember my name it's... wait.... WHY CAN'T I REMEMBER MY NAME "

"Okay calm down none of us can remember ours either so we called ourselves names related to our appearance. For example Sabre is the skeleton. "

"Im supposed to name myself"

"Yes"

"I'm terrible at names "

"How about Storm" says the skeleton. No , Sabre

"Oh, I like that. Figured it would be harder" is my response
