Guess I should have done this earlier, but it feels very weird to use a chapter post to make an announcement; guess I got a little bit of tunnel-vision with how RR works. Yes, for those wondering, we're now 20 chapters lighter, but the latest chapters haven't been effected. I spent 2 weeks editing the first 200 chapters, during the course of which I removed 20 full chapters worth of excess fights. Everything else is basically exactly the same, so if the conversation and character interactions and such weren't to your liking...sorry, none of that's changed. This mainly got rid of a ton of fights against ants, wolves, and a few against kobolds, though some other fight sections were cleaned up. You can tell just how much early stuff I cut by looking at where Beth goes to the CRA: it used to be in the late 40s, around chapter 47/48. Now she gets there in chapter 30, so by chapter 30 there's...17?...chapters of cut content. If you were current, pretty much nothing changed after chapter 150, just the numbers got slid back.
