January of 1992 Infront of the Lonely Willow Orphanage on 0000 Street, a young man in his twenties with a woman of the same age were crying as they hug tightly a young child about the age of five.

'We're so sorry' said the lady as she hugged her child for the last time. 'We will come back I promise, we will definitely' she added as her husband try to pull her away.

'Let's go were running out of time' said the man to his wife as he pulled her away from their sleeping child. 'Don't worry we will go back for him someday' he added while remembering the best moments of his life together with his wife an child.

A few weeks ago they were living a normal life as a happy family but it all ended in a flash when they were scammed by the loan sharks tricking them in an unpayable debt resulting them to give all of their properties and run in hiding.

With no way of giving their child a normal life, they decided to leave him in their local orphanage and come back for him when they are already able to give him a better future. Pressing the doorbell they hid in the nearby bush to ensure that their child will be brought in and left afterward.

The Next Day Tian Long's POV

Opening my eyes a different scenery greeted me, this was not the place where were I slept. That place has holes in the ceiling has a very bad odor and has no bed or furniture, to begin with, but this place smells like flowers and has a nice fluffy bed.

I heard the sounds of creaking and looked at the doors direction and found a beautiful lady wearing a nun's outfit. "Oh, you're already awake my name is Ai Qing and I am the head matron of the lonely willow orphanage where you're at right now," said the lady

"Huh, how did I get here? I still remember sleeping with my mother and father last night" I replied to her politely as I can while giving her a confused look

"We found you in our doorstep last night so we took you in our care" she replied back while giving me a warm welcoming smile "You don't have to be sad, don't worry from today onwards we'll become your family" she added

"I see thank you very much for taking me in, my parents probably encountered a problem that they deemed that I wasn't safe with them" trying to console my self and asking myself why did the leave me, do they not want me anymore.

Then my stomach started to grumble making weird noises. "Oh my you're probably hungry considering that you woke up already lunch, come here follow me let's get you fixed up" she fixed me up and gave me a bath

We went to a cafeteria-like room full of kids from 3 to 12 years of age, miss Ai Qing brought me to an empty chair and told me to wait while she gets my food.

after five minutes of waiting, she returned with a tray of food made up of a rice bowl, a slice of fried fish, miso soup, vegetables, and a glass of warm water.

"Here, let's have a chat while you eat," she said while placing the tray in front of me and sitting at the opposite side of the table "So what's your name you still haven't told me yours," she asked

"Oh my name is Tian Long" I replied as I devour the delicious meal that was laid before me. "So do you have any idea on what or why your parents left" that question made me feel crushed.

Trying to think of clues why I remembered that there were a few armed men that destroyed their house a few weeks ago. "It's probably the bad guys" I mumbled in a low voice but miss Ai Qing was still able to hear what I said.

Seeing my saddened face miss ai Qing tried to cheer me up "Don't worry those bad guys will never harm you here, just let them try and see what hell they'll be at" she said while creating a fist making her look scary.

Meanwhile at his Parents' POV

(Father's POV)

It's already been hours since I tried to find a new job, but not a single one accepted me because of my insufficient papers on hand. My name is Tian Hao, I live my life without even meeting my parents, and I don't want the same thing happening with my child.

I was not a genius that is one of the reasons why I studied hard in order to get full scholarships from the top schools until I graduated college. I worked as a bank manager which earned me decent money to feed my family.

But for some reason bad luck clung to me first I got fired and was replaced by a genius fresh graduate followed the fall of every business he invested in, in the stock market and so I was forced to take a loan that ended up being a scam.

(Mother's POV)

While my husband was trying to find a job, I also went out to find for my own in order to help him with the expenses. My name is Ye Lin, I met my husband back when I was still in college.

He is always the top student no matter what I do, I am always coming second I was always jealous of him, but soon that jealousy turned into admiration then infatuation not knowing when but I started falling in love with him.

Timeskip 8 years Tian Long's POV

It is already been eight years since I started living with my new family at the Lonely Willow Orphanage. I started going to school a few days after I arrived.

That's when the problem comes due to the increasing number of children in the orphanage, the number of funds that were assigned for the children's education was quickly being drained away.

So in order to buy materials for school projects, I decided to do buy and sell. Buying cheap school materials and sell it at a higher price to those who left theirs at home.

At the end of the day, the money that I saved up will be divided into three parts first was for my personal use, the second was for my fellow brothers and sisters in the orphanage, and lastly for my school.

I usually use my personal money to use a computer at the internet cafe near our school but after coming every day the shop manager decided to hire as a shopkeeper.

It is a win-win situation he only needs to let me use the computer in exchange I watch the shop. Using this opportunity I started learning computer coding and decided that I will become a game designer and a graphical animator someday.

Finishing my shift I called the other shopkeeper to replace me, picked up my bag I headed out. Nearing the orphanage I decided to buy some gifts for the children, looking at my wallet I still have a few dollars left so I decided to buy two roasted chickens to add to our dinner.

I knock on the back door and was greeted by a boy the same age as me this was Tang Ma the one who guards the back door so the younger kids would not be able to escape.

Entering the kitchen I gave the chicken to the cook and told him to add it on the dinner. I headed inside my room the male dormitory, this room was divided into five sections for each one of its tenants.

Tian Long's Parents' POV

Today was a very special day for me not only was it my twenty-third birthday it was also my promotion as a technology development manager. After I graduated college as our class' top student a lot of company offered me jobs.

But I turned them all down and decided to go to a newly created game company which soon become one of the best choices of my life as it became the top and the best in just a year. Having enough money I decided to find my parents to see if they're doing well.

The information that I was waiting for months will arrive in an hour so I decided to head out and buy a large chocolate coffee and burger since I haven't eaten breakfast because of the excitement that I left my house an hour earlier.

So I checked their schedule online and found that they'll have a free appointment on the Philippines two weeks from now I immediately scheduled it and booked a plane for tomorrow.

I head back to my office since the break time was about to end. sitting on my desk instead of fixing all the bug reports about the game that I've been working on for a week, I decided to create a letter for a leave of absences.

After my shift ended I proceed to the mall to by new clothes to make myself look presentable and also a luggage bag since I never traveled before. I also shopped some sanitary and other necessities for my travel.

Since my flight will be late in the afternoon I opened my PC and decided to make the system called Limitless Paradox System for our new game called The Eternal Fantasy which is known for this high tech interactive advance AI system.

Adding some finishing touches I sent the file through email and also made a hard copy in both my phone and USB so that if I ever accidentally delete it I will have another copy as a backup just in case.

The next day early in the morning I decided to have a light breakfast and headed out for a jog to keep my body's mesomorphic figure. On my way back I decided to head to the temple/church to pray for a safe journey.

Arriving at my house a took a shower and double checked my luggage and important documents and headed out. Considering that the airport is just a few kilometers away from my house I decided to walk rather than ride a cab or Uber.

I was just a few blocks away from the airport when a saw a few children playing monkey in the middle, I stopped to watch them since I'm both tired and fascinated about the game their playing since it was rare to find children still playing outdoors rather a computer.

'Beeb! Beep!' a speeding car without control was trying to warn everyone since its brake was broken. I didn't care about it since it's not heading my way, but then I saw it about to hit a kid chasing the ball in the middle of the street.

Seemingly that all the fatigue collected in my body disappeared I was able to break my limitations and ran so fast that will make Usain Bolt's speed eat my dust. I manage to push the kid away but then when I was about to escape my body appeared to have lost all of its power.

'Bang! that was the sound of the car sending my body flying away. As I lay down in the street question floated in my mind was it worth to save the child? was saving a life more important than mine? was helping others do me any good except for the thank you they say?

People started to surround me trying to stop the bleeding and then placing me in the ambulance. But my vision already started to blur, slowly succumbing to the dark and endless abyss leaving my body lifeless.

"I… I'm actually still alive? Didn't I perish in the car accident and become nothing but corpse?"

Tian Long's mind was in utter chaos. He could clearly remember that earlier that day he was promoted as the technology development department's head of the Eternal Games. He also clearly remembered that the system he had been creating for three years was already completed, and had finally received the report of his broker upon which he found out about his parents' whereabouts and decided meet with them and ask the question why did they leave him. However, he was caught in an accident right before he reached the airport, and was forced to die full of regrets caused by receiving serious and lethal injuries. In the end, he perished with his entire body being crushed under the force of impact of the charging car.

Yet, what was with his current situation? Not only was he perfectly well and alive, all his limbs were there and he could tell that he was completely unharmed.

"Wait a minute, where am I…"

Tian Long suddenly discovered that instead in a room in a hospital, He found himself floating in a dark void d.ss. happens when you survived an accident, the only explanation was that he was already dead and was in the afterlife.

"I'm actually dead but how am I still able to talk!" he paused for a bit and scanned his surroundings again "But seriously where the hell, am I!" shouted Tian Long in the empty void at the top of his lungs but heard no replies.

This goddam forsaken place was the void where the soul's of the dead wait for their trial but that does not happen as you will be judged as quickly as you have arrived. Every soul that comes here will be judged immediately but for an unknown reason, he was left here to wait.

So having nothing to do at all he started to count seconds to Minutes, Minutes to Hours, Hours to Days, Days to Weeks, Weeks to Months, Months to Years, Years to Decades, Decades to Centuries, Centuries to Millenias. As time flew by he finally stopped counting and focused more on keeping his sanity.

All of his emotions started fading away leaving only the sense of longing and loneliness the feeling of being alone. No matter what he did there was nothing he can do, there is only him and the darkness.

"This is getting really boring" so with got nothing to do he sat in a crossed legged or floated whatever and started to meditate trying to calm his mind repeating his memories again and again so he wouldn't forget.

Then he felt a strange energy feeling this new experience in what a trillion years? He got excited and focused more and more on this energy. Once his intent touched the energy it became a gateway opening a whole new world for him.

The previous empty void was now brimming with lights. The energy started to flow inside his soul expanding it, reinforcing it making him stronger. He was delightful having something new in a very long time who in their right minds would be happy.

Seeing or more like feeling that this energy was somehow able to strengthen him a weird crazy idea that "What if I absorb all of the energy in this place will it give me the power to leave?" this question and his determination will soon be destiny's most troublesome problem for forgetting about him. So he started devouring the energy.

Estimated to be about quintillion of years later he finally grew tired of absorbing the energy but was still an eternity away from emptying this place up. " Somebody just get me the fudge out of here" his shout traveled through the energy.

It manages to reach destiny's ears making it open its eyes in shock after looking at Tian Long's direction. Never did it expect that it will miss one soul and forget about for quintillions of years. But what shocked it the most was that not only did the soul not get destroy it even become stronger almost rivaling its own.

Deciding quickly he opened a random vortex to transport him out of the Scar of Paradox a mysterious place even for those supreme ones like itself and the others. Back to Tian Long just after he shouted a vortex sucked him up rendering him unconscious.

Opening his eyes a new but nostalgic scenery resembling a forest lay in front of him, something that he had not seen for a very long time. followed by the smell of greenery an flowers fermented his nose, then comes the feeling of cold as the breeze pass through him and lastly, the sounds of insects and animals barraged his ears.

this was the thing he yearned for during all those years of being alone in the void. But he was distracted from his empathy with nature when he heard a loud roar that caused him to run instinctively feeling that his life was in grave danger if he doesn't run away.

After running a for a few hours of running aimlessly he arrived at an empty cave by following the river. Ensuring that he was already safe he decided to take a sip from the river as he was thirsty.

But seeing the person in the reflection made him unable to do so. The Boy in the reflection was about the same age as him, but the face of the boy can make any heavenly-artist look extremely ugly.

Right when he realized he was now in a different body, countless scenes flashed through Tian Long's mind. He immediately realized that he had indeed transmigrated inside this dying person's body. However, he was not happy at all because he expected to be reincarnated as a child. Instead, he had reincarnated into the dead body of this boy who just happened to have the same name as him.

After cleansing himself he picked up his tattered clothing and started his search for herbs. An hour later he returned back to the cave with some Tier-4 herbs which said to be extremely rare but in a forbidden place rare means common.

Now it's time for him to hunt the meat considering that he was currently in the forest core any kind of beast could kill him so he decided to hunt at the outskirts of the forest.

He stopped and look around when he saw a Long-eared rabbit which can be said that he hit a jackpot. Long-eared rabbits are known to be one of the most delicious delicacies of Thousand Sword Empire where his body came from.

Still, there was on problem how will he catch it as this wild beast are also known to be quick and agile. He picked up a rock throw it to test the waters. but to his fortune, the rabbit actually ran straight to the bush he was hiding.

As quickly as it can get he Immediately grabbed its ears and pulled it away from him so that the rabbit would not be able to retaliate against him. what a luck only need to throw a rock and was able to have a nice catch.

Returning back to the cave he remembered he has no way of cooking the rabbit but then again a memory that was long gone came to his mind. He remembered watching a video on OurTube about how to live in the wild.

Using a bunch of vines lying around to tie the bunny around the tree he was sure it would not be able to escape. As it goes he got back to the river to search for piles of clay to use as the base, then he searches for medium sized rocks and a bunch of firewood he was all set.

But then comes the second problem how will he start a fire. He decided to try all the methods that he could think of. First, he tried banging two stones but nothing happened, so he moved to the second method where he tries to create friction by twisting a twig against dry weed which for some reason it worked even thou the method he used was none existent.

As he now has fire now is the time to set the stove, using the now dried up clay to form a barrier around the fire to prevent it from spreading and creating a forest fire. He then placed the twigs one by one arranging them as optimally as possible followed by small stones.

Now he used the stones that he found earlier as a carving knife, he formed a bowl-like shape from a piece of log that he saw inside the cave lying around the corner. "This is really exhausting, sigh, at least I have an er... decent looking bowl"

Using the so-called bowl to scoop water from the river then adding the herbs he found earlier he has now a cold soup. In order to heat this, he grabbed the smoking hot stones from the so-called stove and dropped it inside the bowl making it boil from the heat.

now it's the time to butcher the meat he grabbed the rabbit by the ear and place it on top of a stone slab. Utilizing the materials around him was able to make him survive to this point, but looking at the cute rabbit he was unable to kill it.
