It took me about 3 weeks to find a way to do it. I had to modify my essence technique, so it passes through my rune, so I can keep my connection open all the time and not interrupt my grinding. It was more luck than anything else. I tried everything I was able to think up and finally, I got the skill dungeon manager.

Looking through, the skill I got a better insight into what worked and what did not and finally, I figured out how do change more settings on the dungeon. I turned off my endless bread spawning do reduce spawn time for goblins and finally, I was able to connect this dungeon do my land and use it do purify my land of corruption and reduce raw essence.

I can’t spawn and refine at the same time but my goblin grinding days are soon over, I am about to reach my current essence limit a need to open a new gate. I am founding more and more info online about monsters. Looks like some have found more dungeons. Governments seem to be on to it, becomes some posts are being deleted. I am doing my best to help others by upvoting posts and comments with correct information.

I am a little bit afraid of the government, that is the only reason I am not posting info myself, but I still want to help and that seems like a good compromise. I need to keep grinding and after my new tier, I need to think about what to do. I can’t stay here if I want to get stronger. I also want to experience more fights to see if it’s still the best feeling I can have.

Three days later and I am sitting underneath the biggest oak tree on my land and readying myself do open the next gate. This is the point where I made the dungeon dumps refined essence do make this place a good spot do open my gate and hopefully upgrade the oak tree so the sap will be more potent when I make new runes.

I breathe out and concentrate on finding my new gate. I soon find it between my eyes and start bushing my essence into it to open it. After a few seconds, the cate starts cracking I bush harder and it opens. I am flooded with information from all my senses I start puking and soon everything goes black.

I woke up in my own vomit and start remembering blacking out multiple times. My stomach growls and I look at what time it is. My hand shakes a little when I find out two days have gone by. I start do move and everything hurts. My skin is too sensitive do push on my hands and get up. I need to cover my eyes or I feel like they are burning. Trying to breathe out of my mouth too, not puke but my tongue is too sensitive. Why in the hell do I taste smells?

I calm my breathing and started do meditate on my essence. That helped a lot and soon all outside stimulus fell away. I started slowly concentrating on my senses one after another do get more use to them. It took me a few hours do get control after that I felt tired. I quickly jumped into my bond do wash off and proceeded to eat everything in my fridge that was eatable and passing out on my couch.

When I woke up, I note a blue blinking box and I clicked it.

Well, the new guidebook had good information but mostly it was just scary af. MUI stands for multiverse unification initiative. Basically, they are the government that helps enforce system rules everywhere it reaches. They are the ones that fight corruption and every member planet under them has to support the purification efforts by supplying resources and fighters.

If you do not comply you are killed if you think earth leaders will not like being controlled by someone, then the next thing I found out will make them die of anger. Turns out when planets ambient essence reaches G tier the system initiates new zones of controls, it will not give a flying f about our countries or anything like that. But the best part rulers of the zones are decided by a one on one fight and you can’t have a champion do win for you.

I laughed a good while when I learned that. Zones themselves can be from the size of a small village to a large island. Geography seems to be the biggest factor, but it looks like human-made infrastructures will be considered too. Owning zones give you control similar do my druidic land and my dungeon manager skill but more. You can apply buff through the control crystal, tax your zone residents, and many more things that are needed in everyday bureaucracy.

New planets will be classified by danger level from 1 to 10 higher the number, the higher the amount of raw essence moving through. 1 is like a small brook and 10 is the amazon river. Every planet over 7 can develop into a dungeon planet if that happens the only way to survive is do get off-world and find a new home.

When I finished digesting all the new information, I needed to think about a plan on how to continue. I need as much land as I can get and I need as many dungeons on them as possible, more refined essence on my land, more power I have, it’s like a passive xp farm.

I start by exploring my new abilities I gained, it feels like I can turn my senses up to eleven. I only need minuscule light to see, now I can hear the smallest of noises but if I do not suppress these abilities I can disorientate myself quickly. The only thing that helps is if I cycle essence through those organs. Not only help but it’s like a filter on information, letting through only the necessary and what is necessary seams do be controlled by my instincts. It only took me 5 days do finally be confident to not die in a fight.

There is an upside, it gave me time do think up a plan, is it a perfect plan no put it’s a plan. Find stronger enemies to gain essence and learn how to fight until earth reaches tier G then start claiming zones. To find stronger enemies I need to learn how too tattoo. Doing a dot is easy but for my plan do work I need, two complex but powerful runes. One is meant to help me see and feel essence a lot better and from a long way off. That will help me find dungeons better, but the other rune is a lot cooler.

I can use it to teleport anywhere there is a big enough tree present. The rune only allows for five saved locations but if I can sense the tree, I do not need to use up my save location. So every tree on my land is a possible teleport location. The ability is not instant but it’s still epic.

While I work on my tattooing skills I need to make my essence move in my body and preferably compress it at the same time and I like to be able to use my essence in abilities and I like it do to all that passively. Always concentrating on my compression is tiring if I do not do that my essence just floats around passively like a slow river not helping at all.

Turns out I am not that bad at tattooing, but it still took a week to be confident in doing them reliably. I was quite happy but then I realized I need to do it to myself and on places that are not flat, and not on a table perfectly placed to hold my hand steady. One more week passed until I was confident I can do it.

Things around the world are getting worse while I work on my tattooing skills and experimenting with my essence. News is reporting on more and more so-called war zones that are popping up everywhere around the planet. Monsters are never mentioned it’s always a protest gone bad or civil unrest never the truth.

Everyone knows by now not to post or speak about monsters running around, where something can listen. You simply disappear if anything is mentioned. I also think smart people are keeping dungeon locations for themselves or their group do power up in secret and not let their government take over.

While I was practicing tattooing, I am pretty certain I found a way do achieve what I want out of my essence. Sitting underneath my oak tree at sunrise I start concentrating on my essence. Taking control of all my essence I start by binding it to my blood system. I can feel my heart struggling do move my essence. But I struggle forward there is pain and blood is coming out of my pores.

Using my cut feeling and essence sense I keep going. Improving what pathways do use and making essence pools wherever I can so there less for my heart do move around at the same time. Even that is not sufficient, and I keep losing control. I grit my teeth and think about how do fix it. I note my two gates and want to facepalm. Moving my essence through the gate I can feel it pushing it forward at a greater speed. I quickly change my pathways to take advantage of it.

The boost from my two gates is adequate to keep my essence flowing without me concentrating on it. Taking a minute of rest then continuing, I start modifying my paths, first I use my heart to not only help move my essence but also to compress it. Next, I start creating paths to where I plan to tattoo my next runes. Experimenting further I great multiple paths so I can activate and deactivate my runes at will.

Opening my eyes, I see a sunset. While smiling I continue concentrating on my essence to keep my paths stable. Over the night I note some of my essence solidifying at the edges of the paths and pools of the essence I made. Deciding to continue onwards on this path to see what comes from it.

I have been meditating for 4 days and I am starting to feel hungry and tired. Looks like my stamina has increased by a lot. Stretching out I go get food, then go to bed. Waking up I focus on my essence and see how it looks like a vascular system. Deciding to test it out by killing some goblins. When the first goblin spawned, I used my power strike and split the goblin in half burying my ax deep in the ground.

Plinking my eyes in surprise I pull out my ax and note cracks in the handle. Well shit, looking at my essence and seeing the new essence just floating outside the system I create. I swear for a bit. Breathing in and out I sit down and think how do fix it. I start by moving the free-floating essence to my new system but when it hit the solidified essence it just moved around it.

Gates are the solution this time too. I start by making a small hole on the side where my essence flows in. instantly free-floating essence starts moved towards it slowly but it's moving. Experimenting a little I found the best size for the hole and do it to my second gate. The moment I am finished I get a message from the system.

Opening up my titles I see the Path creator (1000). Wondering what that 1000 means I try clicking it and to my surprise, it worked. A few moments later a shop page opened up similar do every other online shop. The content was different, scrolling through it there were health potions, different weapons, and much more. Clicking on health potion to see more details.

Scrolling through the shop I only find about 100 items. Deciding 2 items do buy is easy first is a tier E ax costing 150 points that is a bit shorter than my current ax, but it has a wicked looking head. Second is a lucky break, its druidic tattoo compound that costs 700 points, its tier E. Best I can hope currently to get from my land is tier G. It’s another lucky break but I am not complaining. There should be plenty of it do finish my three currently planned runes.
