This happens rarely. Usually only somewhat insane persons of your species are could get such messages.

After that they usually get even more insane and any further communications are no use anymore.

Yet you are still almost property functioning human somehow. We understand that you prefer only to 

eat tasty food, play and sleep. But this is actually important.

Please don't get insane, stay a proper human. If you want to relax, just watch some porn of yours or other species.

Third: There are ways to "undoom" planets, they are complicated and not involve simple solutions

But the good news is that some your scientists are totally wrong and you don't have to many humans.

You actually have too small amount of properly educated humans.

And this is actually a problem, because you are not multidimensional octopusies that could pull something like

"undoom" their planet with few number.

As soon as you start properly educate more of your fellow specimen, you will actually find out that

educated people have even less children.

And this is makes problem even worse, because more you educate people, less children they usually have.

So, please stop killing any humans, because you already have not enough of them!
