Tips for new players:
Legends arena is a 5 versus 5 arena game with the main object of the game is destroying an enemy base on a map with your heroes. The map had two sides, the red on the left and the blue on right, and a river running between both sides.
Three lanes, top lane, mid lane, and bottom lane, connect both bases with each lane and have three towers on both sides. To destroy the base, one must first destroy these towers. The Emperor’s pedestal is located between the top lane and the mid lane, and the dragon's nest is located between the mid lane and the bottom lane. Both are needed. Do not forget to secure them.
….
The stadium echoed with thousands of cheers. For every kill scored, for every tower destroyed, for every objective obtained. The floor shook under the constant stomping of audiences, unable to hold their excitement, looking at the screens.
Four Jumbotrons, screens large enough to build houses with, hung at the center of the stadium. Audiences, watching intensely, not missing a moment… It was the finals and the last match of The Legends Arena World Championship.
Below the jumbotron stood two soundproof booths on platforms, inside players sitting before their computers… cameras surrounding them. The Immortals, the defending champions and the only team allowed the title ‘The’ before their team name, faced the upcoming challengers, Lords, a promising team. Both teams were playing, almost fighting, for the title “The World Champions”.
If The immortals win, this would be their third consecutive championship victory, whereas this was the first finals for the Lords.
In Legends Arena, nothing was permanent, over-performing heroes were nerfed, under-performing heroes were buffed, four New heroes were added since the last championship and rarely, but it did happen before, a team can discover an uncommon… imbalanced… even broken strategy between the matches.
Thankfully, that last thing did not happen this time. Soojin, Monark, the captain of Team The Immortals, was impressed by his team's performance today. They won two out of four games and the current game went as planned, his team’s jungler reached level 4 at the 1 minute 20-second mark, the fastest humanly possible time, and his team, The Immortals, had 6 kills lead, two dragon kills for their side… which granted them a gold lead.
It was the 10 minutes mark, and both teams had 5 towers destroyed. Monark would have preferred a better position. However, it wasn’t a big deal. If they could kill the emperor, which will spawn in on the 11-minute mark, even if they didn’t end the game, the lead would be large enough to snowball to their victory.
At 10 minutes, and 50 seconds, a chime emerged from the speakers notifying all the audiences and the players about the emperor respawning,
The screen showed the lord, a statue sitting on a throne.
Heroes on the screen began moving towards the top, between the mid lane and the top lane.
Manhunter, the jungler of The Immortals, was the first to reach the Emperor. His Hero Damian was the fastest Assassin in Legends Arena. The statue began cracking, revealing a giant man in golden armor and a giant sword. Emperor Has Returned, the notification wrote on the screen.
The emperor stood up, stretched himself, and pulled a sword from the ground before roaring.
The audience cheered, their voice shaking the stadium.

Manhunter watched the emperor, who stood still on its pedestals. He hid inside a bush, doubting he was alone. Bushes in Legends Arena hid players from their enemy team.
Acting cautiously he used his basic attack once on the emperor and moved away. The emperor followed Manhunter for a while and then turned when he was out the range. Instead of returning to its pedestal, the emperor headed towards the bush across. Somebody was there. The audience knew who it was. They could see it on the jumbotrons, but for Manhunter the player inside the bush was invisible.
Damian, as a hero, was categorized as a glass cannon, powerful but vulnerable. Especially against the team Lords Jungler’s, Lucifer’s hero Droga. A fighter hero with high sustainability and powerful ultimate that can one-shot glass-cannon heroes like Damian. And unlucky for Manhunter, Lucifer was hiding in that bush.
If Manhunter were to face Lucifer one on one, his Hero Damian, though powerful, was not strong enough to burst down Lucifer’s Droga. Droga with his defensive items would easily survive Damian’s combo and in a single hit, wipe the floor with him… no question asked.
Luckily Manhunter didn’t have to enter the bush. Legends arena was a five versus five. Soojin arrived. He played Klaus, a tank with lots of crowd control. He moved in and used his dash skill toward the bush where the emperor turned. Getting hit by it would not only reveal the hidden Lucifer but also stun him briefly. Lucifer ran away from the bush, he was not ready for a two versus one, with two of them, they had enough damage and stuns, that Droga would be long dead before Lucifer could even cast a basic attack.
Seeing an enemy leave the bush, Soojin did a perimeter check, providing vision and checking every bush for any other hidden enemy heroes. Using his dash skill every time it became active, he cannot take any more chances.
The rest of the players from The Immortals arrive and began attacking the emperor with Manhunter in the center. As a jungler, he needed to be close enough to the emperor that when his health went below 3000, he could use his spell smite to secure the dragon.
While Immortals were taking the dragon, Lords were preparing to steal it. Their tank, Jupiter, and fighter, Lincon, began poking, attacking Soojin, and trying to walk past him. Careful to not overreach and become an easy target for the rest of Team Immortals.
Team Lords needed this lord to not fall into the hands of The Immortals. The lead gap would be huge if The Immortals succeed here. Their best bet was to use their tank’s, Jupiter’s, ultimate skill Skyfall and catch the whole team Immortal in that skill. If they succeed, they could either steal the emperor or secure a few kills, or both. That would be the best-case scenario.
Lincon, the fighter of team Lords, ran past Soojin. Soojin’s Klaus used his first skill to stun him and then used the second skill, which slowed Lincon. The damage wasn’t a threat but stuns were sure annoying. Lincon did not return. He went forward, Soojin tailing behind him.
Jupiter, team Lord’s tank, followed, taking advantage of distractedSoojin.
The members of immortals continued with their attacks on the dragon, ignoring Lincon. When Lincon reached the Dragon, providing vision to his team, the emperor had lost almost 90% of his health. As a player not attacking the Emperor, Lincon could not see the actual number of the emperor’s health.
It was now or never. Giving away the emperor for free would be stupid. Jupiter jumped in using his Ultimate, his skill indicator covering the whole team of The Immortals. Team Lords minus Lincon following behind. Lucifer rushed using his sped-up skill, his smite ready to steal the emperor.
As if waiting for Jupiter’s Ultimate, the whole team of Immortals dispersed either using their dash skill or blink spell, leaving the emperor along.
Regretfully, Jupiter’s Ultimate did enough damage to the emperor reducing his health to the point where Manhunter used his smite and secured the dragon.
Cheers… The stadium shook…. People jumped in their seats ignoring their neighbors… The casters almost fell from their seats…
“Now.” At Soojin’s command, the whole Immortals team lunged into the Players of Lords, ignoring misplaced Jupiter and Lincon.
It was their turn now. Soojin teleported, using a blink spell, used his dash towards the enemy team, and used his ultimate. Klaus slammed his fist into the floor, launching enemy players into the sky, stunning them shortly.
Soojin felt his chair vibrate with Klaus's ultimate, but ignored it and attack the closest target.
The rest of the Team Immortals spammed their skills into the enemy. Death messages filled the screen before the skills animations even ended. They then turned toward Lincon, easily killing him, and soon Jupiter was dead too.
The stadium burst into cheers, shouts, and stomping. At that moment, the viewers knew, the players knew, and the casters knew. The Immortals would be the first team in the history of Legend’s arena to be world champions three times in a row.
