I looked down at my hands, they were covered in blood, not someone else’s but mine. I tried to shrug the pain that was shooting through my back. I looked on at the culprit, he’s not human even though his appearance was very convincing. That monster is heading to the one person who finally took me out of my shell, the one person who helped me make friends who genuinely cared for me.
And my friends, the ones who fought valiantly, now struggling to save their own lives. Why did everyone put so much faith in me, I kind of wish I did not come to this small town, and I wish I never heard the term ‘Druid’.
The puddle of blood was seeping its way around my head, I was looking sideways at her as my head was slumped on the cold damp grass floor.

My eyes slowly closed, and I embraced my fate, the pain started to subside, my body has finally decided to shut down like a laptop with a low battery. But only I will not be plugged in and charged or rebooted.
Well this is it I said to myself, it is quite peaceful, not hearing the screams of kai and my friends, I hope their fate would fair better than mine.
