The orange-red-hued skies trembled; the clouds scurried away before they met their end.
The heavens crackled and erupted with stellar glows. Krypton's tremors worsened at Valthor's presence.
His muscles glistened with power, an indomitable figure standing fearlessly before the Kryptonian Military.
**I'll protect you, son. Live a good, happy, and successful life, Dax-Thul.** Valthor gazed at Rao, the red fumes distorting the once-peaceful skies.
"MEN— ATTACK!" the general roared, his face dripping with blood, now broken in nine different areas.
"Stupahd!" Valthor snarkily retorted. "What did you think would happen challenging me like that?"
A swift motion severed the general's head before his body could fall.
"Now look at you, scrambled like the dummies you are," Valthor sneered at the remaining soldiers.
Meanwhile, in a secure facility, Daxa-Ra's breath came heavily and densely, her body working in overdrive, preparing for the launch of her baby boy.
The facility trembled. The air was stained with the scent of scorching metal and sulfur.

**You mean the world to me. Your dad and I will see you soon. Stay safe. I'll always love you, Dax-Thul.** Daxa-Ra's thoughts, aching with a mother's love, blessed the hybrid child as his ship prepared for launch to Earth.
**Brmmmmm…. Bmmmmm—**
The window shattered, filling the air with the scent of acrid smoke. An enforcer, tasked by the Supreme Court with killing the hybrid child, burst into the room. Daxa-Ra screamed, "*****VALTHOR!!!*****"
******Shoosh—******
In an instant, Valthor appeared. The enforcer, his armor stripped away by Valthor's speed, clawed desperately at Valthor's iron grip on his throat. "I'll be back. You'll need this," Valthor said, gesturing to the enforcer's hover bike.
Crushing the mans throat; Valthor grabbed Dax-Thul's ship, darting through the ceiling with his son safely inside. His body flashed to lightspeed, escaping Krypton's orbit and propelling his son towards Earth. **Farewell, my child. I'll see you again.**
Daxa-Ra zoomed toward the old launch base programmed into the commandeered bike.
"Dee!" Valthor flew beside her. "You're going to Earth too. I'll meet you there."
"Babe-" Daxa-Ra's pleaded.
"Daxa-Ra." Valthor gazed at his wife.
"Please?"
Daxa-Ra's eyes grew weary. Valthor knew she hated that their family was forced to split up, but they all needed to survive. At the base, Daxa-Ra and Valthor said their somber goodbyes, but promised to reunite. With a loving kiss, Daxa-Ra's ship made its way to Earth.
Valthor's eyes focused on the accelerating ship. The winds and gravity of Krypton began ripping off heated chunks of metal.
"Don't worry! I'm coming, love!" Valthor burst towards the crumbling ship, catching it on his back and giving it a guided boost out of Krypton's atmosphere.
Valthor gazed at the destabilizing planet. The molten core churned and began to lose form. He had to hurry. Deep within the dying planet, Valthor raced against time, saving as many children as he could before Krypton detonated in a mighty explosion.
Chunks of radioactive rock and the two last Kryptonian shuttles hurtled through space.
Engulfed in the explosion, Valthor found himself badly hurt but alive. As consciousness slipped away, his body drifted through the void, destined to crash onto a desolate planet in Sector 666.
Though battered and separated from his family, Valthor's indomitable spirit remained unbroken, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead in his quest to reunite with his loved ones.
