On and on, the darkness went on and on. With a tiny little light to guide the girl, she walked on. The girl heard a soft voice then she felt a presence. Her name were Kate. 

"There you are! So much to do. So little time. But take your time. Don't be afraid. the door is still closed. Now, step forward. Can you do it?" asked the voice. Kate walk forward to the light. Three pillars went up to her. There is a sword, a shield, and a staff on them. 

"Power sleeps within you. Give it form...and it will give you strength. Now, what will you choose?" asked the voice. Kate walked to the sword. 

"The power of the Warrior. Invincible courage. A sword of terrible destruction. Is this the power you seek?" asked the voice. 

"Yes." said Kate. The sword burst into her chest.

"Your path is set." said the voice. "Now, what will you in exchange?" 

 “Exchange?” asked Kate. She went to the staff.  

"The power of the Mystic. Inner strength. A staff of wonder and rain. Give up this power?" asked the voice. 

"Yes." said Kate. The staff went to the void.  

"You have chosen the of the Warrior. You have given up the power of the Mystic. Is this the form you choose?" asked the voice. 

"Yes." said Kate. The pillars went down and Kate fall. Then she was on the next floor.

"You have gained the power to fight." said the voice. Some black bugs came at Kate in the back of her. 

“Oh, come on!” said Kate. "Where are my Pokemon?" 

"There are times you have to fight." said the voice. Kate fight some of them and she saw some going to back of her. 

“Take that!” yelled Kate. 

"Behind you!" said the voice. Kate turned around and hit them. Kate fight the last one. Then she was falling some more. She stopped. There was a door, she walks to it and opened it. She saw her friends Lana, Lillie and Kiawe. 

"Hang on. The door won't open just yet. Now tell me about yourself." said the voice. Kate walked to Lillie. 

"What's most important to you?" asked Little. 

"Friends and my Pokemon." said Kate. Kate walked to Lana. 

"What are you most afraid of?" asked Lana. 

"Losing my family and friends." said Kate. She walked to Kiawe.  

"What do you want in life?" asked Kiawe. 

"To help everyone."  said Kate. 

"You value friendship and your Pokemon. You're afraid of losing your family and friends. You want to help everyone?” asked the voice. 

“Yes.” said Kate. 

Your journey begins at midday. Keep a steady pace and you should be fine." said the voice. "The day when the door will open is both far off and very near."  

“Really?” asked Kate. She falls again. She was on the last floor. 

"The closer you get to the light, the greater your shadow becomes." said the voice. There was a boss called Darkless. Kate tried to hit him but can’t.  

"Don't be afraid and don't forget. You hold the mightiest weapon of all." Kate was going down in the darkness.  

"So, don't forget. You are the ones who will open the door. Now go." Everything went black. Kate woke up and she looked outside. Then she looked at her Pokemon. 

“Only a dream.” said Kate. Kate got up and eat breakfast. Then she ran outside to find her friends.
