The world was a delicate balance of ordinary and extraordinary. On the surface, it was a familiar globe, stitched with nations and divided by cultures. Among these extraordinary individuals was the Kigen family. They were as old as the secret itself, a lineage steeped in power and shadows.

Soul Kigen was the youngest of them all. His first ever memory wasn't his parents faces or playing with toys

His first ever memory was waking up in a lab inside a water capsule

His sight was blurry he couldn't remember anything

"Where am I?" Soul thought while his eyesight was starting to be clearer

He can see three other capsules with other ppl they were all naked and tubes attached to their body he doesn't know why but this sight mad his heart ache

"I need to help them" that was his first thought seeing them he tried to move but his body felt weak inside the water capsule he kept thinking trying to remember anything but he couldn't

Suddenly the lab doors opened and from it came two ppl in white coats holding tablets they were talking and didn't notice Soul being awake so he pretended to still being asleep

"This is magnificent their DNA coding could be the solution for humans to evolve and have amazing abilities ,this groundbreaking" one of the ppl wearing a coat said.

Soul felt shocked, what were they talking about

" but this one is different,His DNA is more evolved than the other three , according to our research on his dna and the others ,his ability would be more powerful than them to a point he can be considered more dangerous than a Nuclear weapon " an other voice said Soul recognised the difference cause this voice was more muscler than the other voice which was a feminine voice

" we need to take him out to get more samples ,let's start" the feminine voice said while there was foot steps coming closer to him

Suddenly the water started to drain but Soul didn't try to stand or act like he was awake

A min later the capsule opened and Soul felt hands on his body moving him on a carrier then he felt his back on a cooled metal like surface

"Let's take blood samples first before skin Tissues and bone marrow" said the female voice

Soul was freaking out but decided to not move and think of what he should do first but he couldn't really think

He felt a needle being inserted to his arms then being pulled out then he felt a part of his skin being cut by something sharp it was painful but he didn't move even so he wanted to scream from the pain

Then he was flipped to on his stomach his back facing the sealing

But he couldn't take it anymore when he felt a sharp pain of something being inserted into his spine

"Stop!!!!!" He screamed with pain

But suddenly there was no sound of any movement the big needle being inserted stopped advancing

Soul was confused but from how painful it was he tried pushing the thing out of his back with his weak hands and after taking it out he flipped over again to see a middle aged woman and a younger looking guy having a terrified looks on their faces they weren't moving even a slight cm from were they were standing

He was confused

"Who are you? Why am i here?why are you doing this to me?" Soul asked his voice still fragile

But the two scientists kept opening and closing their mouths but they were too afraid to reply sweat dripping from their foreheads

"Answer me!!!" Soul shouted not knowing where the sudden confidence came from

Suddenly the female scientists started talking " am dr.rechel and he is dr.song ,we are scientists in this research lab created by the government to study your body, you and the other three samples were found in a meteor fall site completely unharmed after doing some tests we discovered that your dna is different from humans ,you have DNA that could change the history if the human specie,you wouldn't understand this is magnificent, you could be the solution to making super humans like in movies " she said with a look of madness in her eyes with a smile that made soul's boy shutter

She looked terrified but yet excited like a mad person

"Why are you not moving from your place?" Soul asked weirded out by how they looked

The scientists looked at him with the same crazy look" that is the thing it must be your powers like I said you and the three other samples have what we need to make super humans" she said without even blinking once

Soul kept thinking a little about what happened he told them to stop and they stopped.... there was only one Why to be sure

" why are you answering my questions?"

The scientists replied instantly"i don't know I can't stop myself from replying it's probably have to do with your powers "

Soul now understood partly it was the commands he gave

"How can I free my siblings?" Soul said

His voice had a hint of surprise he didn't know why he called them his siblings

The scientists looked like she was suffering while replying: you have to press the red buttons next to the capsules it will drain the water and open the capsules"

Soul got up from the metal table he felt weak and about to collapse but he went one bu one and pressed the red buttons freeing his two sisters and brother after the water drained he got them out using all his power not to fall he got them next to each other

Then asked the scientist" where can I get them and me clothes?"

The male scientists this time replied " this room has our personal belongings you will find clothing In our bags" he said looking at a side room

Soul walked there found two larg cases with clothes he picked anything that looked wide so it would fit anyway

He sat on a chair infront of the scientists

"How many other ppl are here other than you two?" He asked looking at the two scientists his personality shafting from shaky to more confident even Soul didn't understand why just his body telling him that there is no threat on his life

The male scientists replied" there is no one else except for the security on the main door"

Soul took the answer then after a min he looked at the female scientists

"Do you know what my powers are?"

The female scientist looked shocked like she was trying to avoid this question and pain started showing on her face like she was trying not to answe this particular question

"We were able to discover what your powers are.......by.....by using your dna to make a simulation of what a human could do if he had the same dna code....it was.....it....." the scientist said while breathing heavily and suddenly she stopped talking and started screaming like she was being tortured

" we called it the rule writer.......what ever you say it becomes a rule that controls reality.....that is why we can't move cause you sit a rule that we stop"

Soul felt shocked by this information but soon came back to reality hearing a voice from behind

"Where am I ?" A feminine voice that felt very familiar to soul said

Soul looked to the direction of the voice and there was one of the siblings regained Consciousness while the other two were starting to wake up

A girl with blood red hair and blue eyes she was tall and with an hour glass body looking like a model

Soul walked to her and gave her some of the clothes he got from the room

After she got dressed Soul asked

" do you remember who you are or who I am?do you remember anything in general? "

The girl looked a little overwhelmed at first but then answered

" I don't remember alot I only remember you and our other two siblings, I remember our names and our ages......but I can't remember anything else I can't even remember how I know this information" she said with a weak voice like her throat was hurt but she continued

" your name is Soul you should be 17,our other sister is called nabi she is 18 , our other brother is called kai he is 19 and then there is me my name is nari am 20 and the oldest" she finished and Soul started processing the information every thing she said seemed very familiar

"But where are we ? Why are we naked in a lab?" She asked looking tired and confused but alot better than when she woke up

Soul looked a little Hesitant not knowing how to explain but then he sighed

" According to those two scientists in the back we four were found next to a meteor crash sight completely unconscious and unharmed, they did some tests on us and found that we weren't normal and had powers that humans don't so they started experimenting on us like lab rats so they could creat super humans or whatever.......that is everything I know I just woke up so I have no clue about anything else either " Soul finished by looking at the direction of the two scientists with a disgusted look

Nari looked confused while processing the new information but looked more confused when she saw the two scientists not moving " why are they standing like a Statue?" She asked looking confused AF

Soul looked towards the scientists again

" it's apparently my power, according to the bitch scientist over there my powers are something they called the rule writer, whatever I say turns into a rule ,so when I told them to stop they can't move cause I unconsciously sat a rule that they can't move....cool right? " Soul said with a smile feeling better and like he is talking to someone he knew all his life

Nari smiled a little " well get ready cause we have a lot of explaining to do to the other two" she said while pointing at the other two who are fully awake now and looking terrified as hell

"Nari...where are we?...why can't I remember anything? " a soft feminine voice said the owner was a little girl that had black hair and blue eyes, she was small and short with a baby face

Next to her a guy who looked so young too with the same blue eyes and brown light brown hair

Nari walked towards them helped them up and to wear their clothings while explaining everything to them after she finished both the other siblings looked towards the two unmoving scientists

" why are they standing there like a Statue? " both of them asked confused

Nari and Soul looked at each other and laughed

Then nari explained about Soul's powers

Soul kept quiet feeling more awkward towards them unlike how he felt with Nari

"So what are we gonna do now ?" Asked kai looking exhausted and overwhelmed

Soul thought a little then

" we gonna figure out what your powers are first then we gonna destroy everything here and leave" Soul said with cold expression on his face looking at the scientist

He walked up to them "tell me,what are my siblings abilities?" He asked the scientists with confident voice

The female scientist replied this time without even trying to resist looking at the direction of nari " the older girl she has the ability to manipulate matter, to put it in a simple way... she can break down matter into atoms and reshape it"she said with a sigh

Nari's eyes widened in surprise. She looked down at her hands, flexing them tentatively as if testing this newfound power.

But the scientist continued turning her attention to Kai, her gaze lingering on his face for a long moment. " the boy......." she said slowly, choosing her words carefully, "the scans on his brain indicate an unusual activity related to the dreaming state. We believe he might possess some form of precognition, the ability to glimpse into the future."

Kai frowned, a troubled expression crossing his face. The idea of seeing things before they happened wasn't a pleasant idea for him

"As for the last girl she is a little special she doesn't really have an ability well...if you can call it that , she can copy abilities by copying the dna mutation " she finished looking at them with nabi with a perverted smile like she is some type of a toy

Nabi felt shivers running down her spine by the way the scientist looked at her not even caring about her ability

Nari suddenly spoke up

"What she have to say doesn't matter we cam figure everything later when we are safe, let's go" she said looking around to see how they can get out

"Okay but we need to get rid of any evidence here first " soil said with a cold voice his blue eyes suddenly voide of emotions

" what do you mean? " nari said looking confused by the sudden change in his behaviour but before she can say anything more...

"You can't breathe" Soul said with a cold voice looking at the scientists he felt part of his energy leaving his body that he didn't feel the first time cause of the pain he was in

The two scientists' faces started turning red they were choking with no one there their faces looked pained changing colours and suddenly their bodies dropped on the ground

Soul looked back at his siblings a look of horror on their faces his brother looked at him with wide eyes

"Why would you do that?"he yelled with a terrified voice

"They tortured us ,experimented on us, and if we would have left they know everything about us, that is the most logical way to deal with this" Soul said with a calm cold expression like he was talking about unimportant thing

"But....." kai was about to object but nari stopped him with stopping him with her hands

"Soul is correct that was the best solution for this " she said was a calm but yet shaky shocked voice

"Now let's go before anyone comes to check on the scientists" she continued this time her voice is less shaky and commanding

But Soul ignored her and walked over to the electricity engine powering the room

" this electricity engine will explode the moment we are far enough to not get effected by the explosion" Soul said feeling part of his energy leaving his body but this time it was an insignificant amount that he almost didn't feel it

He went back to his siblings who were looking at him like he had two heads but he ignored them going to the body of the female scientists and taking her ID off to use it to open the door

" let's go" Soul said His voice tone not changing

The other siblings followed in silence

Soul used the ID to open the door

After the door was open they walked out , the research facility wasn't big so it didn't take them long to find the main door

Soul suddenly stopped " there are two guards on the outside ,I'll handle them first " he said like he was talking about it like he is talking about cooking dinner

A hand held him back

"Don't kill them you can put them to sleep or anything....just no more killing" kai said looking at him pleading eyes like he was genuinely hurt by ppl getting killed

Soul sighed

" fine." He said pushing his brother's hand off his shoulder

He used the ID to open the last door

"I took you so long dr.song I was thinking you would....." one of the guards said but suddenly stopped talking seeing the four siblings

" Don't move!" Both of the guards said taking out their weapons

But before they could Soul started talking "you want to sleep" Soul said without even blinking suddenly both the guard fell on the ground sleeping

Soul looked back at his siblings

"Let's go " he said walking out of the facility it was day time ,the place looked like a secret place in the desert but they can see lights far away like it's some sort of city

Once again a hand stopped him

" thank you " kai said grateful for soul not killing them but Soul gave him a weird smile

" whatever " he said with a weird tone to his voice

" we should walk towards the lights there would probably be ppl there and we can start from that" nari said and everybody else nodded

The walk was silent until they were almost inside the city a big explosion came from behind in the direction of the secret facility

They all looked shocked except for soul his face was cold a void if emotions except for a slight smile on his lips that soon disappeared

His siblings looked towards him with mixed emotions but no one dared to speak them out and they continued there walk towards the city not knowing what would happen in the future and who they would become .

And that is how it all started.
