ok so this is a workshopped story just kind of had a dream after reading Kami-ketu figured I would write it down thought it was a cool concept,

be warned I'm proud of this story however its not a story like somewhat but it goes from 3rd person to first and back again its all over the place may give you a head ache, mostly just post it so i don't accidentally delete it ,

fingers and vitals get covered/ wrapped with exoskeleton-scaled armor

(note this form makes her feel safe but eventually takes a mental toll on her body making her exhausted) (but being in an unfamiliar environment she would have no choice but to stay until she burns out or dies from exhaustion) (more people under her power longer she can hold this form or more experience eventually to maintain this form indefinitely )

nexus world wear, (she lives in a sector that is hospitable for humans but it rains a lot, turns out another race that is like humans are amphibian in nature and needs a wet environment, are their race can tolerate the environment but not ideal for them so most live in their own sector on the planet )

with direct physical touch matter can start to destabilize can control output can just be used to inflict pain without leaving lasting effects, with greater control authority able to leave a mark on three subjects or objects and regardless of distance can make the mark flare up in pain (by destabilizing the bonds that hold the mass together) appearance when ability in use like glowing orange similar lines to lava in apperance with outer edges turning dark.

ethereal devil ray appears 3x larger than the average human most forms of radiation pass through or are collected for energy, physical objects can have their matter destabilized and converted for energy and can heal most forms of physical injury while in this form (ie when in human or alter appearance if the body suffers a near-death injury body will instinctually convert into this form to heal and fight or flight instincts kick in to always flight to run/hide til body has sufficiently healed body resets to peak physical health, 

can survive in a vacuum deepest parts of the ocean, 

capable of interstellar travel can travel to Mars in a matter of days and can go faster depending on energy input from absorbed energy ie, solar radiation cosmic energies, or converted matter, and can sustain up to 3 adults in suspended animation risks may end up being used as fuel if none available can revitalize cells in the human body to heal from most forms of damage, cons animalistic mind/childlike, higher form though muted cognitive reasoning muted.,

god mode, now a new form of existence no longer able to be in mortal form takes up the mantle of adopted father and fellow user of the power authority, not much is known as it will be in the very very far future.
