His classmates were talking animately in the classroom and with all reason ¿Why? Because it's the last day of school, at least until next semester.
Even then, he couldn't care less about this epoch of the year. Not because he had some type of love or fascination with the school, nothing as such. But because he'd prefer being anywhere else, doing anything, to avoid his shitty family, how they mock about his condition, it's not an open mockery, but certainly, he has noted how they treat him as an idiot, as if he doesn't notice, nor comprehend their 'complicated talk'.
He's mute, not deaf.
Silently he retrieved his notebooks and textbooks from his bag, placing the books under his desk. The teacher should arrive in some minutes, the bell had already rung and everyone was on their respective seats, still chatting, that is.
One of his phew friends was missing though.
Probably she skipped the last day, many did as well, ¿Why? Because.
'Its the last day, who cares!?'
It would be a boring, and annoying day, that's for sure.
Minutes passed and the class grew restless each passing moment. Had the Teach suffer an accident? That wouldn't be beyond saying as they don't live in one of the nicest places, it's not THAT bad, but either it is THAT good.
A so-so.
He saved his science book under his desk and instead took his book for drawings, which may as well be called Art-book. A lot of drawings were plasted in it, some were bad, some were good, some were simple random lines or different shades of color.
The point being the same, an Art-book.
The classroom grew louder and louder, some tried to decrease the volume because it could attract someone related to the school staff, and they may notice their lack of teacher which means that someone would be sent to control them.
Actually, it wouldn't matter, the replacement would just sit on the teacher chair and tell them to talk in a moderate volume.
Right now he continued on his random drawings, there was no inspiration, just simple and boring lines focusing solely on passing the time.
As minutes passed he got bored out of his mind. There was nothing to pass the time with, most of his friends, which were just 2, weren't in the class and he didn't have any hobby aside from drawing. Well... there was doing sports and such but he couldn't do it right now.
Actually, he could, but he wasn't doing it in class, nor, skipping class. Sweating also being a problem.
As minutes passed, he got more, and more bored, until out the corner of his eye he noticed something spawning under the chair of a front classmate, a ¿Stick? not only just that particular student, but actually, everyone had one under their chairs, even him.
That instantly piqued his curiosity, but before he could even grab his 'stick', someone entered the room, just mere second after the sticks had spawned.
It was Ms.Rose, their science teacher, but something seemed off, the way she walked, the frigid, and neutral smile she wore, she wasn't her. It didn't seem as he was the only one to notice.
"Hello! Fellow Maggots!" Some less observant, and more sensible to stupid jokes, laughed, he didn't. If there was hesitation before wherever she was, or not, teacher Rose, this but all confirmed it.
"Fellow Maggots! Today a quick Tutorial stats!" the voice simulated enthusiasm. But her figure, her posture, her mannerism, all of it indicated otherwise.
This hasn't been the first time seeing someone like her, comparing to previous experiences, he could guess that she, or it, couldn't care less about them, even disdain could be possible.
...
It had said a quick Tutorial, but no, in no way was it quick. Regardless, everything started with the most basic of all, which was just, a simple word.

Status

< Abilities >
< Personal Information >
----------------------------------------
----------------------------------------
Thankfully It wasn't necessary to shout it out loud, as most of his classmates did. Just the thought and intention of the word made it possible to access that weird panel.
Abilities divided into two segments, Active Skills, and Passive Skills, It's not necessary the trouble of first asking for status and then going to Abilities, you may as well go straight to Abilities, just like this.
----------------------------------------
Abilities
----------------------------------------
< Active Skills >
< Passive Skills >
----------------------------------------
----------------------------------------
And the Active Skills divided into three different segments, it was actually pretty annoying, easy to remember but nonetheless annoying.
----------------------------------------
Active Skills
----------------------------------------
< Magical Skills >
< Melee Skills >
< Ranged Skills >
----------------------------------------
----------------------------------------
Thankfully that was it.
He didn't have any skills in neither Magical, Melee, nor Ranged Skills. All three of them were completely blank. The person that possessed Ms.Rose body likes to call himself The Guide, It had said that it was normal not having any skill, and actually would be pretty rare to have one, possible but rare.
The Passive Skills is different, but not that much.
----------------------------------------
Passive Skills
----------------------------------------
- Mental Passive -
- Physical Passive -
----------------------------------------
----------------------------------------
There's no skill in neither, the Mental Passive, nor in the Physical Passive.
Now let's get to the personal information, shall we?

"Fellow Maggots!" the supplanter had shouted out loud in a particular, and weird tone, grabbing the attention of everyone. "Take the sticks under your chair so we can go on with the option called Class"
Finally, everyone had noted the sticks under their desk, before, they had just noted it like some random wooden pole that had fallen from somewhere.
Once picking it surprised yelped resounded throughout the classroom as the sticks began to shine, most tried to drop it, but something forced them to still the hold onto the stick, which was no more a normal stick, as every stick started morphing into a different type of thing.
First of all, his stick changed its material, before, just a simple and plain wooden stick, now, a metal bar. The length and the weight drastically changed, before it was not even 30 centimeters, now, easily a meter of length along a heavy and bulky ending. Yes, a metal hammer is what his stick changed to.
It wasn't that heavy, something like 15 to 20 kg, not only that but most of the weight is in the head of the hammer so it's not that hard to carry around, you've gotta pick the trick to carry it correctly.
But to be honest it's maybe because he's kinda used lifting weights.
"Good! Good! Now we can go on with the Class! Everyone, shout out loud, Class!"
Everyone did, except him, for obvious reasons. But he went on regardless and shouted out loud into his mind Class!
----------------------------------------
Class
----------------------------------------
< Which Class is it that you choose? >
- Hammer Wielder (70%) -
- Dual Wielder (40%) -
- Brute (30%) -

"Now! Now! Dear Maggots! Before making a choice let me tell you what the % means! Because you may be wrong!" shit! some had whispered, probably they had picked up in a rush "The % means your affinity with that class! The higher your affinity, the most suitable for you! Now Go My Dear Maggots! Choose the Class with higher %!"
Some looked alleviated because what The Guide had said was completely unnecessary, they weren't idiots, most of them weren't.
Our dear protagonist looked over his choices. He felt disappointed as there was no Ranged Class nor Magical Class, also annoyance that the System, or whatever that was looking over them, thought of him just as a mere Brute.
Regardless he chose the Hammer Wielder, It looked like the safest option for him.

It shouted with enthusiasm, his overall appearance outright betraying his voice.
"Now, let's get to Orgin! Shall we!"

Every Race has something that makes them stand out from the ordinary, for us humans, it's our intelligence and our special ability.
Way With The Words.
The 'Way With The Words', according to The Guide, Its a way to implore the gods for a temporary buff in our INT, a buff that makes us temporarily increase 200% of our INT.
Which... Sucks... To be honest. I'm Melee oriented ain't I? INT won't help me.
