Rijohe
Rijohe still couldn't believe what he was hearing. He put his feathered arms in his face and sighed deeply.
"Well?" Tom asked.
The story was near impossible but he couldn't help but believe it. Tom was in a coma in the first place due to another alien he claims. The small brain worms that completely take over a person's will, the Yuini. Tom wouldn't even know their name if he wasn't at least telling a partial truth.
"Did they tell you to build this?" Rijohe asked the frail man. Tom looked pensive for a moment.
"Sort of, once the legion command happened the worm helped me break through the mental hold. She is very demanding though, just being in this room with you is the most 'free' I've been in months," Tom told the alien slowly. The man was still so sickly and weak, even being in the white room was exhausting him it seemed.
The Yuini were small not only physically but as far as the galaxy's population goes, there are less than a billion. The grays discovered them by accident on a planet they thought was mostly dead.
They should have blown the planet to bits rather than deal with the incessant worms, Rijohe thought.
Once a Yuini took over the brain it was even worse than the legion command. They feed on a person's brain and grow, damning the individual to mental conflict and torture for years. The mental and physical damage they did was irreversible and then they simply used their host to find the next. The issue is that they were so far away from Earth it made little sense how they got here, especially months before the Kwitle. Something was missing.
"What does the yuini even want then?" Rijohe asked finally.
"You," Tom admitted. "She wants you badly."

“Sometimes bro, we would just park and sit by the beach. Never too close by the water you know? But yeah. Just sit there in each other’s company. Wondering about the universe. Relishing that shit. You know what I mean M&M?” Julio asked Markus as they walked down the middle of the road.
Markus didn’t seem too interested. He was sad about something Julio guessed. Not a lot of people appreciated the intimate stories of his bike and Julio’s mysterious background. He would need to send everyone bike pictures once the internet started to work again. That’ll help things.
This content has been misappropriated from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
We’re so tired of the same shit Daphne thought.
Oh god is he still doing that? Julio please. Please leave Markus alone. What did he do to you? Kendall thought.
The people in his brain were mean sometimes but he didn’t pay them attention. He only really had to listen to Jon/Jesus. Even if he was currently freaking out about something unimportant.
“Guys we have to hurry the fuck up Michelles in trouble,” Jon yelled at them.
Great. Another detour. I’ll never get my love back at this rate Julio thought as they ran.

Juli looked at the graceful woman in front of her in disbelief. It had been just one day since the invasion but apparently she had some type of independence from the alien control. She wasn’t even a challenger. This was for sure a trick and Juli wasn’t going to lower her guard or her Benelli 828U shotgun.
“I’m telling you Jon is different,” Michelle pleaded. “He says to tell you here’s almost here.”
“UGH STOP LYING!” Juli yelled at the woman. She was sick of her lies and the demonic little balls lies too.
“Juli,” that demon ball pleaded at her again.
“SHUT UP SHUT UP!” Juli yelled at the spinning ball.
Everything was going so fine until her mother left. Her and Juli were getting ready to open the pawn shop when the damn world ended. Juli fought with everything she had against the bastards trying to eat her brain but her mother couldn’t. Alicia was the strongest woman Juli knew and those fuckers even took her. Juli refused to believe she could have saved her but just lacked the ability. The blue ball of lies was pleading again.
“There is a program for that Juli. You refused to leave. To do anything. You just wanted to stay here with Alicia,” it said. She aimed her shotgun at it again.
“I. Said. Leave. Me. Alone,” she told the ball slowly.
Juli didn’t want to participate in this challenge shit. She had a good life watching over the pawn shop. She was great at haggling, crunching numbers, and gun sales were through the roof. And now what did she have left? After this, who did she have left? The damn aliens just took everything. Fuck this.
“Tell him times up,” Juli said and aimed the gun.
“I WILL LITERALLY EAT YOUR BRAIN IF YOU TOUCH HER,” it sounded as if two voices at the same time came out of Michelle. Her eyes were rolled up into the top of her head and she had a demonic grimace on her face.
“What the fuck,” Juli said while pointing the gun down.
“I do hate saying it, but I told you so,” the demon ball said.
The alarm to the pawnshop’s front door buzzed a few minutes later, disturbing the shocked silence.
“OPEN THE DOOR,” Michelles double voice said. Then she collapsed from seemingly exhaustion.
Juli went up to the front of the shop and peered outside. A group of over twenty angry looking people were swarming all over the shop. One of them was a guy about her age wearing a beach bum shirt and looking extra ragged. Next to him was an older man with an AR-15 pointed right at her.
“Open the damn door please Juli,” he said again.
“Alicia Bowman,” Juli yelled. “Get me Alicia Bowman. Then you can have her back.”
She couldn’t believe it. Michelle and the demon ball didn’t seem to be lying after all. There was a man that could bring them back somehow.
“I uh, don’t have google maps or an apple tracker. Are we negotiating? Is Big Als Pawn really Alicia? I feel lied to,” the man said.
“Alicia Bowman she left six or so hours ago,” Juli repeated. He had to do this, she would make him. “If not the woman dies.”
She heard him sigh then saw him walk over to the window. She kept her gun pointed at him even though they paid extra for the bulletproof protection system.
“I’m sorry Juli. I don’t have time. Devour,” was all he said as her demon ball came flying to her side.
