In the meanwhile Ryuu the petty newborn child was on the brink of its death. The large claws of the monster were swung tenaciously. But in the nick of time a stranger shoot a large fireball that abruptly struck the monster and caused it to knockback. The monster was wretchedly hurt considering it doesn’t have any magical resistance. The Fireball was cast once again and finished with a lightning spell.

"I hope that completely annihilate the rampaging class A wyvern"

"Uwaaaaah"

The stranger suddenly heard a crying baby!.

“Uwaaaaaaah! uwaaaaah!” Ryuu still cannot control the emotions and actions of a baby.

The mysterious stranger approached Ryuu. “Uwaaaaaaah” The stranger feels sympathy. While looking at Ryuu’s watery eyes.

“What a poor Young un. It must be very hard for you not having parents as soon as you were born.” “This old woman is touched by the tragedy of this child” “If only I was able to arrive as fast as lightning maybe I would be able to save this Small village.” “But worry no more young un. From now on until then I will be your “old granma Freya” and as you now will be “Tanaka, Ryuukouna” which means: Lucky Ryuu.”

The old grandma picked up Ryuu and caressed him with love as if he really was her grandchild.

"Let us go home young un"

But before leaving, granma who is called by the named Freya noticed that there is something unusual. The odor of the dead ruthless beast does not seem to be right.

"What is this smell! I can still feel the malicious aura coming from the beast through by its odor. Usually, the beasts would not go near the villages. Not like this one, it rather seems a strange one, maybe this unfamiliar odor might have something to do with the sudden appearance of this rampaging monster in the village"

The granma was lost in thought for a second

"Hmmm.. maybe I'll just request the Adventurer's Guild to send someone on looking out further about this recent incident."

Grandma Freya and the whippersnapper Ryuu left the devastated village. But still, the recent incident disgustingly bothers the old granma

Time flies, although Ryuu was still at the age of three the little boy who was studying secretly in granma's Library while she was away or seeing that Granma is busy. Knowing that Granma might be furious if Ryuu will be caught red-handed touching Granma's stuff without her permission. But on the other hand, Ryuu being a genius in his past life is very convenient memorizing a single book in an hour is not even a problem.

After the attainment of some prior knowledge from reading Grandma's books. Ryuu comprehends that there are ways on how to use magic: First the person must feel the Mana from the worldly atmosphere. Second step: The person must learn how to control the flow of mana from surrounding ongoing through its body. Third step: is to bend the mana using the power of imagination and will. And the last step: is to use the output on any kind of way whether it is for combat or for daily necessities.

Ryuu has also grasped that he is currently dwelling in a peaceful village called "Suna"

Ryuu quickly arranged the books on its shelves.

"Who's there?" grandma asked after a second, granma Freya opened the door.

"Oh, hi there neighbor I am Ren Osaka and this is my daughter, Yui Osaka. We are the new neighbors we live in that house on the front of yours. We hope that we would have a good neighbor relationship."

"Greetings from this old granma new neighbor, I welcome you to the neighborhood I hope you will love to reside in our little community. This is my adopted grandson Ryuu he is a little bit wordless child he does not talk too much"

The next day, The sun braces to rise again. The early morning started with an unknown sharp voice spamming Ryuu's name.

"Ryuu! Ryuu! Ryuu! Ryuu! Ryuu! Ryuu!"

"Who is it? Ohh it's you little ki- *ahem* Yui, right?

"Let's play Ryuu! Let's play!," "Wait! haaa...? since when did I become your friend?"

"Since yesterday hehe, let's play Ryuu I'm very bored right now and I don't have any other friends"

Yui hastily showed an adorable sad face.

"Okay, fine.... just stop shouting, you're being extremely noisy right now and at the same time very annoying"

"hehehehe" Yui showing a cheeky expression. "Let's play tag and you are the tagged." 

"what? Why am I tagged?" "cause I just like you being tag" "I think that's pretty unreasonable Yui."

It's been like a century since I have played with a friend it kinda feels nostalgic.

time quickly passed unnoticed the early morning turned to Late evening, not even Ryuu and Yui noticed that it is already late.

"Ahhh!, it's already this late!?" "I was so into the game I didn't notice the time" "Where are you Yui!. Where have you gone it's already late!" "We need to go home!." After several hours of finding Yui, Ryuu is getting anxious that the mischievous Yui might have gone lost to the unfamiliar forest. 

At the same time, Yui was lost in the forest feeling cold, alone and Hungry. Eyes are starting to break down losing the sense of hope being able to go home. "Papa" "Papaa" "Papaaa" "Yui is lost" Yui's calling her father while sobbing and suddenly an awfully huge bear appears it might be because of the sound of Yui crying.

"Grrrrrrrr... Grrrhrwrrrr"
