He is born, all else is a mirage

The world is the supreme ruler, and it has declared a single form to be the perfect one. All who approach it gain many benefits from being in line with the world itself, like longer lifespans, greater strength or improved minds.

Because of this, all living beings strive to become this perfect form, and this process is called cultivation.

An entire race has evolved to be like the perfect image, and it is called humanity.

Demons and spirits gain human form naturally in the process of cultivation.

In an unpretentious estate in the style of ancient oriental mansions, the wealthy first generation Mo family was about to greet its first second generation member.

A woman was gritting her teeth, enduring unspeakable pain that only the midwives around could understand.

"Make my husband enter. I want to speak with him."

As soon as Mo Sha entered, the figure of his wife entered his eyes.

Her contorted face red from the exertion, her belly still a considerable bulge, but this spicy sight couldn't sting his eyes, for her beauty and character that long conquered him and imprinted themselves in his mind couldn't be covered by this temporary image.

Yes, she was still his lovely wife Huanghua.

Redirecting his body to comfort his lovely wife, the woman finally managed to crack her upright spouse.

"It's all your fault Mo Sha! Why don't you apologize for me."

"Woman, aren't you the one who insisted to not waste time. Tell me, what do you want me to do."

"Apologize! It's your fault for not persuading me enough against."

Her voice at this point was crying a bit.

Noticing the change, Mo Sha silently gave her his hand, which he promptly regretted when his supposedly frail wife restarted exerting herself.

After what felt like an eternity, the midwives finally finished their job with a prompt slap to the newborn's buttocks and the expected high pitched cry from the child.

Before the woman could give the baby to the couple of parents, the room started shaking in conjunction with the cries.

The sudden earthquake though wasn't strong enough to scare the couple yet.

"Hey, give me my son, the earthquake is scaring him."

The scene was out of a painting.

Lady Huang, sitting on the bed, was cradling the baby while the father stood next to her, peeking at their son, a hand on his wife's shoulder and the other competing with her glare to try and touch the little human.

The baby was cute and chubby, his skin still a shade of red.

As he heard the comforting words of the woman cradling him, he opened his big round eyes. Glancing at the couple full of smiles and playful intent, he abruptly stopped crying and reached for the big finger of the man, his father, while smiling and giggling at the woman, his mother.

The earthquake soon subsided thereafter.

Had the people present been a bit more knowledgeable they would have recognized the baby as an immortal being, a fairy descended to the mortal world who could influence the world according to his desires.

Had they been the top few cultivators of the world, they would have recognized him as a fairy seed, someone born with a physique with a hint of the higher world's idea of perfect being, that would soon or later ascend to the higher world, triggering celestial phenomena at their birth.

Had they been the top few beings of the main universe, they would have recognized the baby as the exact incarnation of The perfect being itself, ascending to higher worlds immediately upon being born and causing the entire lower world to shake in the process.

In short, one way or another, they would have worshipped and knelt before this newborn.

The baby though, for all the heavenly truths and laws of the universe making themselves clear in front of his eyes like personified dogs wagging their tails hoping to at least make the smallest of sparks inside the baby's absolute mind, cared only for his parents, these two beings incomparable even to insignificant ants in the eyes of the higher beings, and their wellbeing.

Just to play with them, he stopped his ascension.

----------------------------------------

At one year old, Mo Hua forcibly ascended the whole lower world.

First, he scouted the entirety of the higher world while being in the lower one, breaking the boundary between worlds without anyone noticing with only his consciousness.

Then, he made countless calculations to calculate the best route for his parents with his restricted realm, repressed to what the lower world could handle not because he couldn't forcibly command the rules, the base components of the world itself, to maintain it, but because then his parents would be unpredictably modified by the chaotic flow of rules that would form around himself.

Finally, to challenge himself, he didn't drag the world along with him in his ascension, but ascended the world itself while being inside it.

The world started gently shaking, kept at a low enough magnitude that mortal houses could handle it, but starting at the same time uniformly throughout the world alarming the cultivators too.

In contrast, a piece of land in the higher world was violently ripped apart, creating a round hole of void with the outer rim composed of compressed hard rock, now comparable to spiritual materials.

After a bit, the void hole was now filled with the lands of the lower world.

In comparison to the higher world, the entire lower world was just a bit bigger as the smallest continent of the higher world.

The top existences of the higher world were obviously interested in the ascension of a lower world while the ones of the lower world were understandably confused.

The natural ascension of a world not caused by slow accumulation could only be explained by the appearance of a big enough treasure to trigger the world ascension.

Of course, that was keeping realistic logic.

What Mo Hua did was only theoretically possible and couldn't even be speculated by the inhabitants of these backwaters worlds.

----------------------------------------

At four years old Mo Hua stopped ascending his rapidly enlarging world every year, as he understood his parents wouldn't necessarily want to rapidly improve their cultivation.

In fact, what he felt was a self sacrifice to let his parents cultivate more to in turn have them dedicate less time to him, was revealed to be his worst decision to date.

When the empire built under his calculations to assure their perceived safety, as their real safety was already assured with him around, was finally accepted by the masses for the disbelieving utopia it really was, his parents finally had the chance to reveal their true colors without the pressure of a constantly expanding and more and more dangerous world.

As of now they were still in the first stage of cultivation of the seven allowed in the current world, so there wouldn't be a need to uplift the world anytime soon.

----------------------------------------

At ten thousand years old Mo Hua's parents were finally bored of the scenarios of this world, so he directly ascended all the worlds including his own up to the highest main universe on the 81st level.

Then, from then on, every new world born with insufficient quality to be on the main stage was projected to the Hall of Worlds managed by his parents, becoming the only clue the whole universe had about the mass ascension that shocked even the most powerful beings.

----------------------------------------

At ten billion years old Mo Hua brought his parents to explore the Chaos, primordial soup of rules in constant collision and so cradle of the worlds.

----------------------------------------

After chaotic eras Mo Hua brought his parents to explore the Blank, a place of pure information, origin of rules.

----------------------------------------

In the end, Mo Hua had to say goodbye to his parents.

A single tear descended from his cheek.

The tear was a beautiful painting of the first scene he ever witnessed, encompassing and reflecting the innumerable thoughts in his mind,  everything.
