Well, in fairness, I’m pretty sure that title was never supposed to be activated and thus the quantum nanomachine hive did its best to deal with it. “Immortal” has a specific meaning to the nanomachine system. You killed a creature that was 20,000 years old and could regenerate unless she was completely obliterated. Or you took her core apparently. Granted, you did just almost blow her up before so she was probably weakened. But still. . .
