Rick came back to his senses and confusedly looked at the crowd whose gaze was now focused on him, he just informed the headmaster that the purple seed took root in his consciousness and did not elaborate any further because his experience felt abnormal. Regardless if it was a good thing or bad he chose to be cautious for now and search for any information about his awakening on his own.

The headmaster did not continue asking any further questions and signaled the next student to select the seed of hope. This time not a single seed of hope resonated with the student, thus he could only return in disappointment. Before long all the students had their turn selecting but only 5 people found a suitable seed of hope and only 4 among them succeeded in awakening. The headmaster was a bit disappointed with how so few people have awakened. Nonetheless, the headmaster proceeded towards the envoy with Rick, Josh, Ryan, and Andie in tow to report. The headmaster handed the data on these four young professionals to the envoy.

The Envoy took a glance and nodded to himself muttering about two seedlings with 1-star Aptitudes and two with spirit cores. Then he took out two badges with a star on them and gave them to both Josh and Andie then left quickly.

The headmaster dismissed all the students and informed them to continue their remaining classes for the day and led Rick, Josh, Ryan, and Andie to his office. He started by saying congratulations to everyone on getting awakened and informed Josh and Andie how lucky they were to receive a contracted spirit with a spirit core because they were almost guaranteed to advance to one-star professionals as long as they trained diligently as for reaching the two-star professional level they will have to depend on their fate and luck. He also encouraged Rick to work hard as he had a one-star aptitude and he could also become a one-star professional if he worked hard in a short amount of time. As for Ryan, he did not say anything specific and let them all know that they would be going to the star alliance headquarters for training leaving this planet in 5 days, and told them to be prepared.

Rick returned home and packed what little luggage he had, settled all the rent, bills, and expenses for Lilly for the next year, and started preparing Lilly's favorite dishes for dinner today. Lilly was ecstatic once she found out her brother has awakened successfully, yet reluctant to part once he told her he had to leave for a year for his training. He also informed her to be careful while she was alone as though she will be protected because of his status as a professional, prevention is always better than cure. They went to an amusement park to have fun and Lilly was happy to spend time with her brother, they had dinner once they returned and rick went to sleep early to leave on time tomorrow.

The next morning Rick left for the star alliance headquarters on planet earth and found his three other classmates waiting along with the headmaster for their departure. The headmaster gave them school completion certificates and wished them the best for pursuing their education further. Before long someone informed them they could leave in a spaceship scheduled for departure. They boarded the spaceship and tightened three different types of safety belts for the legs, waist, and head. Once the spaceship took off they felt lightheaded and soon fell asleep.
